Spiritual Consolation Of Rural Left-behind Elderly Of Social Work Intervention

With the acceleration of the process of industrialization and urbanization,more and more rural young and middle-aged labor force went to work in the city,and there were a large number of remaining groups in the countryside,mainly staying old,left-behind women and left-behind children.Related research shows that rural elderly people often face the economic support,life care and spiritual comfort and other aspects of the problem.With the improvement of national welfare policies,such as the new rural cooperative,new farmers and other policies and the introduction and implementation of the rural left behind the material needs of the elderly gradually be met.However,due to the lack of maintenance of the main body,as well as the physical strength of the elderly left behind,the decline in social function,making the spirit of the elderly left behind the problem is more prominent.In recent years,leaving the elderly suicide incident often made,these phenomena are fundamental,is due to lack of spiritual care caused.Stay in the elderly spiritual comfort problem is to build a new countryside,building a harmonious society must pay attention to and solve,but also rural elderly social work involved in the focus.In this context,the author first consulted and studied the relevant research and literature,and then selected Lingbao City,Henan Province,M village of 50 left behind as the object of study.This paper analyzes and studies the problems of the spiritual comfort of the elderly living in M village by using the depth interview method.On this basis,the author uses the case social work and the group social work method to carry out the spiritual comfort of the elderly Try to intervene to help stay in the elderly to meet the spiritual needs,establish confidence in life,improve life satisfaction.The article is divided into five chapters: Chapter 1,Introduction.The background and significance of this study,literature review are introduced.In the second chapter,through the depth interview method,the present situation evaluation is carried out on the spiritual comfort of the elderly living in M village.The third chapter,the use of case work methods,to stay in the elderly spiritual comfort to intervene.Choose a representative case of Grandma,from the case,estimate,plan,implementation,closure and assessment of six steps to intervene.The fourth chapter,the establishment of the support group for the elderly,through the intervention of the six groups to help stay in the elderly to enhance self-identity,enhance self-spiritual comfort,the establishment and improvement of their own social support network.Strengthen communication with their children,provide emotional support for the elderly,improve their quality of life.In the fifth chapter,through the analysis of the case,the reflection of the social work and the social work of the group involved in the advantages and disadvantages,and then from the social work point of view,put forward some specific suggestions,try to explore the survival of the elderly to solve the problem of spiritual comfort Methods and approaches.
