| For a complete reform of the sports curriculum system,the junior high school sports teaching reform is relatively complicated,difficult,challenging and challenging compared with the primary stage.The diversification of junior middle school sports teaching reform in Shanghai is Municipal Education Commission at the start of special high school sports,this is a new try,and a key link in the integration of the teaching reform of physical education in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai,which plays a connecting role.At the same time,the new concepts of "health first","arousing interest","subject status" and "individual difference" and other sports and curriculum standards also provide the possibility and direction for the reform of sports diversification in junior high schools in Shanghai.Change what?How to change?What’s the effect of the reform?It has become the focus and hot spot of many junior high school sports teaching research.This study used the method of literature and experimental research method,expert interview method,comparative analysis method,in the Shanghai middle school physical education diversification reform background,research significance and research status quo at home and abroad basis on the review.Followed by five months experiment conducted with 75 students of junior high 8 grade of 8 class 1-3 in BaoShan Education Experimental Experimental Middle School and 176 students of junior high 9 grade of class 1-5 in Jing’An Affiliated Education of School as the experimental group,with 250 students of junior high 8 grade of 8 class 1-7 in Donghua Affiliated Middle School and 70 students of junior high 9 grade of class 1-5 in in BaoShan Education Experimental Experimental Middle School as the a control group.By comparing the two kinds of indexes of students’ physical education interests and learning of physical quality,the study mainly focuses on the practical effects of junior high 8 grade Boys and girls are divided in class divisions,and the diversified teaching reform of the options for Grade 9 in junior high school.Through empirical research,this paper draws the following conclusions:1.The teaching reform of sports diversification in junior high school has achieved remarkable results.Effectively improve the students’ interest in physical education and related physical quality.While the decline in the control group,to a certain extent,highlighted the necessity and urgency of the reform of PE teaching in junior high school.2.Grade 8 focus on teaching reform of diversified sports male and famle group,effectively stimulate the students interest in physical education,promote students participation in sports and sports attention.But a short term experiment effect on the development of students’ physical quality is not yet fully highlighted.3.Grade 9 of the junior high school sports elective classes teaching reform focus on diversification,to effectively improve the students’ sports participation degree and the ability of independent research,promote the development of students’ physical qualities,and laid a solid foundation for the reform of the high school sports special.4.The experimental teaching reform of junior high school sports diversification effect on gender,the female students in grade 9 and improve of the physical quality of the male students is particularly prominent,showing the girls pay more attention to sports,actively participate in sports activities.The next stage of junior high school sports diversification teaching reform should pay more attention to the grade 8 male students sports learning interest,and the grade 9 female students physical quality development. |
