In order to implement the "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Strengthening Juvenile Sports to Strengthen the Physical Fitness of Adolescents"(ZC [2007] No.7)and the "CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government on Implementing Student Health Promotion Projects to Practically Improve the Physical and Mental Health of Adolescents" The "Notice"(Shanghai Municipal Committee issued by [2011] No.15)satisfies the learning needs of students in different academic periods and realizes the effective convergence of physical education in primary and secondary schools.The Shanghai Municipal Education Commission proposed that "primary school sports interest,junior middle school sports diversification,and high school " Sports Specialization " Physical Education Reform.In 2012,17 high schools in Shanghai took the lead in carrying out the “High School Sports Specialization” teaching reform pilot project.On this basis,in order to realize the linkage construction of physical education reform in primary,middle schools and primary schools,the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission expanded “ High School Sports Specialization” in 2015." The scope of the pilot project,and the establishment of a pilot project for the "diversification of junior middle school sports" teaching reform in23 junior high schools.After more than two years of development,Shanghai's "diversity in junior high school sports" teaching reform is currently moving from the pilot phase to the overall promotion phase.Diversified teaching has a good role in meeting students' diverse learning needs and mobilizing their enthusiasm for learning.However,the teaching reform of “diversity in junior middle school sports” is a new thing.On the one hand,people's understanding of the concept of diversified teaching needs to be further improved.On the other hand,the research on the “diversity of junior middle school sports ” teaching has just started.What is the status of the implementation of "diversified sports in junior high school" teaching? What are the problems in the implementation process? At present,research in this area is still relatively scarce.Therefore,under the background of the "diversity of junior middle school sports" education reform in Shanghai,the current status of the "diversity of junior middle school sports diversification" teaching has become an urgent subject to be studied.This article takes the status quo of the implementation of diversified teaching of junior middle school sports in Shanghai as the research object,takes the sports teachers and students of some pilot schools of the“Diversity of Junior Middle School Sports ” teaching in Shanghai as the object of investigation,and uses literature materials,questionnaires,and interviews.Research methods such as law and mathematical statistics were studied.The results of the study are as follows:1.Most pilot schools did not implement the pilot requirements for the 4+1 curriculum setting.2.The formulation of teaching objectives is more reasonable and conforms to the actual situation of the students;the students clearly specify the teaching objectives;the teaching objectives have strong operability;and the achievement of teaching objectives is relatively good.3.The teaching contents are diverse in variety and rich in content,and are more in line with the pilot requirements for the diversity and fitness of the teaching contents put forward in the “Guidance on Implementation”.However,the teaching content is still dominated by track and field,ball and gymnastics,and the national tradition The proportion of sports and new sporting events is relatively small;overall,students have a preference for teaching content.4.Most pilot schools implement gender division in the eighth grade,and no school implements optional placement in the ninth grade;group teaching is widely used.5.Teaching methods are still dominated by traditional teaching methods,and teaching methods such as competitions and inquiry are not adequately used in practical teaching.This differs from students ' favorite teaching methods;most teachers choose different ones according to different teaching contents.Teaching methods focus on the flexibility and pertinence of teaching methods.6.The physical education teaching evaluation form is diversified,forming the teaching evaluation form of "self-rated students,teacher evaluation and mutual evaluation as auxiliary";the evaluation content tends to be diversified;the teacher pays attention to the use of instant evaluation method,and the teacher's feedback language is accurate.Specific and timely feedback timing.7.The factors affecting the implementation of "diversity in junior middle school sports" include the following: teachers' ability in multi-abilities is relatively weak,some teachers' understanding of diverse teaching concepts is biased,teachers are lacking,teachers' workload is heavy,and "sports and fitness ? The supporting materials cannot meet the needs of teaching,the existence of exam-oriented education,and lack of venue equipment.
