Cooperative Learning is an innovative strategy for teaching theory.Aerobics teaching course is very popular among high school students. Forming a cooperative team, the aim of"team cooperative learning method"is to form a relatively steady and ordered structure, guided by colony's power theory. Through aerobics courses, let students acquire team cooperative learning, exerting their abilities and sharing each other's experience. Under the learning environment of building knowledge, finding knowledge, exchanging knowledge and enhancing knowledge, students will pay much attention to their classmates and more care about other people. At the same time, students will actively invest their study from the aspects of cognition, emotion and psychology. The purpose is to ensure every student to aware their rights and responsibilities. The key is to strengthen every member's practical ability. Let students experience successful joy through cooperative study, and train their social intercourse abilities, frustration tolerance abilities, team cooperative abilities, creative abilities and competitive abilities. These social abilities are very useful for their successful development in the future. This study employs several methods, such as heritage data method, experts'interview, contrasted experiment, mathematical statistics method, observation method and questionnaire study. Delivering questionnaires to students before experiment, the aim is to invest two-class students'social adaptability through SAQ. The experimental group adopts"team cooperative learning method"each lesson. This study tests the indexes of the four important dimensions. Firstly, the teacher tells students some regulation actions. Then he or she let students master some certain principles. After familiarizing these principles, students create their own actions for 20-30minutes in each group. Every group selects a good student as the team leader. The leader plays a positive role in the group. Under"team cooperative learning method,"the origin of the knowledge is not only teacher but also their group members. Creating a situation environment for students, they play different roles and have different responsibilities in the group. Through this method, students will experience the feelings that they will meet in the future. It's very useful for their tomorrow's success. Control group received routine teaching procedures. After semi-term's teaching, this study invests students'social adaptability again, and gets a set of new data. Then the analysis and comparison of the experimental group and control group's data are given. At last the analysis and comparison of the former and later experimental group's data are given. The result is below.Experimental group's social adaptability is much higher than control group's.Using"team cooperation"teaching method in aerobics courses, it has good effect on teaching aerobics.
