Functional correction training is not only a hot topic of foreign scholars,but also gradually become a new form of Chinese correction training.However,with the further development and application of this training method,also caused a lot of confusion,especially in the movement using the same form of functional correction training,leading to strict training practice dogma,after all,in different sports,its needs Will be different,FMS test is the late 20 th century,by the American trainer Lee Burton and orthopedic coach Gray Cook and other design.This is the field of rehabilitation and physical fitness training areas,functional training activities evolved from development.Functional Movement Screen,or FMS,is a testing system for evaluating standard and potential injuries for athletes.The main purpose of this paper is to evaluate the football player's movement pattern by means of functional screening(FMS),so as to find out the problems and improve the training.The main search methods of thepaper include literature,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method,40 Anhui U-17 male athletes functional action screening test,found that athletes physical behavior patterns of asymmetry and imbalance more prominent.The experimental group was trained for 12 weeks to improve the movement mode of football players.Draw the following conclusions:1.Functional screening(FMS)can be used to evaluate the action mode of football players.Football players generally have better shoulder flexibility but lower limb stability and muscle strength.The asymmetry and imbalance of the body is the main reason for the completion of the action,the main reason is that the motor nerve control ability is weak.2.Combined with the results of functional screening(FMS),it can be used to design targeted corrective training and improve the football player's movement pattern.After 12 weeks of training,the FMS scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Among them,the body stability,push-ups,squat,body rotation stability,straight leg raising scores were significantly different.
