Functional Movement Screen(FMS)is a test to evaluate the functional movement ability of the human body,which can find the defects and deficiencies in the basic flexibility,stability and movement mode of the human body.Corrective training is a continuation of functional movement screening.According to the conclusions drawn from the screening,a reasonable corrective training plan is designed to correct the problems existing in the screening,improve the functional movement ability of the tester,avoid ’energy leakage’caused by compensatory,and reduce the probability of injury.Football belongs to the sub-category of variation combination in the structure of multiple movements.The quality and standardization of movements are important factors affecting injury and competitive performance.If the body’s functional movement ability is low,it will lead to low quality and standardization of movements.The technical movements mastered by athletes cannot be played on the field,which is easy to cause sports injury.Campus football is booming,but the training system of campus football is not perfect.After simplifying the physical training of adults,many coaches directly ’decentralized ’ to campus football training,ignoring the characteristics of adolescent physical growth and development,resulting in low functional movement ability of some athletes.This study explores the influence of corrective training on the skill level of middle school football players,which has certain practical significance for enriching the content of campus football training,improving training effect and preventing sports injury.This study mainly uses the literature data method,experimental method,test method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method,etc.,with 32 football players in NanJing middle school as the experimental object,to explore the effect of 10 weeks of corrective training on the skill level of middle school football players.The conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the FMS test results before the experiment,the average FMS score of NanJing middle school football players is less than 14 points,and the overall functional movement ability is not good,which is lower than the risk threshold of sports injury determined by Kiesel.(2)Corrective training has a positive impact on the functional movement ability of middle school football players.Corrective training has a greater improvement in the level of deep squat action,rotation stability action and overall functional action ability of middle school football players than conventional physical training.Among them,the level of deep squat action and the overall level of functional action ability have very significant differences.(3)Corrective training has a positive impact on the special skills of middle school football players.The corrective training has a greater improvement in the dribbling ability,competition ability and overall special skill level of middle school football players than conventional physical training.Among them,the competition ability and overall special skill level have very significant differences,and the dribbling ability has significant differences.Based on the research results,the following suggestions are made:(1)Teenagers are in the critical period of physical growth and development.Functional movement screening is carried out for football players in the adolescent stage to detect the weak chain of physical movement function in time and avoid damage caused by long-term wrong compensatory movements.(2)The concept of body movement function training should be implemented in the campus football training.According to the results of functional action screening,the corrective training is combined with the conventional physical training,so that the players can construct the correct action mode and establish the correct action concept,so as to help the players improve the football special technology more effectively and improve the performance of the game.(3)Due to the limited time of this experiment,there is no detailed analysis according to the position of the players on the field.It is suggested that future researchers should analyze the players in different positions in order to formulate a more targeted corrective training plan.
