In recent years,the state has attached great importance to the development of campus football.In 2015,General Secretary Xi personally deployed and reviewed and approved the "China Football Reform and Development Overall Plan",which also injected "the strongest power" for the development of campus football.As an important part of campus football,college football has improved the scale of the competition and enriched the level of competition by improving the “National Youth Campus Football League” system in recent years,which has made the popularity of college football continue to “warm up”.As a skill-oriented class-to-field confrontation project,the multi-frequency running of football,high-intensity confrontation,and emergency stop change pose high requirements for athletes' normative behavior.In training and competition,players often play a role in technical and tactical levels due to functional functional obstacles.Through the screening test of functional movements of ordinary college football players,the athletes are exposed to the basic flexibility,stability and defects and shortcomings of the overall action mode,screening the weak links that athletes are prone to injury risks and correcting them effectively.It is very important for ordinary college football players to prevent sports injuries and improve their movement patterns.This paper takes the screening and correction of functional movements of ordinary college football players as the research object.Using the literature method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method,ROC curve discrimination method and other research methods,the functional object screening test is carried out on the test object,and the functional functional disorder appearing in the correction object test is carried out four times a week.Eight weeks of intervention correction training to improve the quality of movement,improve the movement pattern,and reduce the risk of potential sports injuries.The research results are as follows:1.According to the test results of functional movement screening of ordinary college football players,the total score of FMS test in BMI index is lower than that of partial fat in the lean and normal dimension;there is no significant difference in the total score of FMS test between ordinary college students and male football players.The positional characteristics of the FMS test total scores are forward > goalkeeper > midfielder > defender;the main players' functional performance is significantly better than the substitute;no sports injury and sports injury players exist on the FMS test score Significant differences,the former is better than the latter.2.Using the modern epidemiological ROC curve method,the score of the best injury risk cutoff point of the general college football player FMS test score is 16.5 points,which is different from the damage risk threshold of 14 points and 12.5 points obtained in other studies.It shows that the damage risk cut-off points scores calculated by different groups,different sports,and different sports levels are different.Using the odds ratio calculation,the total score of FMS test of ordinary college football players has a strong correlation with non-contact sports injuries.3.Based on the risk assessment of the FMS test scores,the multivariate binary regression model(Logistic)was used to analyze the scores of the three action modes of the top deep squat,the straight lung squat,and the active straight knee lift.The risk of sports injuries has predictive value.Different groups and different sports may evaluate the risk of potential sports injuries in different modes of action.Therefore,the risk threshold should be combined with the binary regression model when evaluating.4.For the common problems and personality problems of the corrective objects,an eight-week intervention correction training plan was established four times a week.After the experiment,the total score of the FMS test was significantly improved compared with that before the experiment.The asymmetry of the action and the compensation phenomenon have been significantly improved,the motion quality has been significantly improved,and some action modes can achieve full marks.
