The core of school education is the teaching quality and teaching effect.With the development of the new curriculum reform,put forward several new teaching mode,the traditional concept of the impact of teachers' education,and as the obligations and responsibilities of a teacher to the student is faster and better grasp the knowledge and skills.The study of students in Zhengzhou provincial demonstrative high school "sports and health" volleyball elective course as the research object,using a variety of research methods,discusses the flip teaching model of autonomous learning abilities,to participate in the teaching ability,theory and practice ability and interest in learning volleyball volleyball technique for middle school students,based on the obtained data interview and experimental analysis,find the problem,then get the conclusion and puts forward some feasible suggestions.The main conclusions are as follows:The flip application of teaching mode of volleyball frontal hands pass is superior to the traditional teaching mode in the teaching process,classroom teaching effect,students' knowledge and strong density theory test,can better serve teaching.The teachers in the teaching mode are independent,and the students' learning efficiency is improved through a series of learning process,such as students' autonomous learning,group activities,the interaction between groups and groups.The teaching mode is to help the students to create their own classroom,so that students become masters of the classroom master the initiative,improve the enthusiasm of learning.Flip the teaching mode to improve the students' cooperative consciousness and competition consciousness,strengthen the group and students,communication between teachers and students exchanges,the formation of everyone to express,express themselves and not fall after the classroom atmosphere,students gradually increased awareness of cooperation and competition.
