In recent years,along with the technical level and quality of life and raise the level of consumption,intelligent mobile phone and other high-tech electronic products penetration rate increased year by year,the rate of use of smart mobile phone and younger,intelligent mobile phone with a lot of preschool children's growth,so the effect of Intelligent Mobile phone on preschool children's worth attention.But what exactly is the impact of mobile phones to pre-school children,as well as how to maximize the advantages and disadvantages,not only parents know little about the relevant literature is also rare.In this study,using the method of questionnaire research method,supplemented by interviews and case study,Xinyang city were selected in four different levels(provincial and municipal demonstration garden nursery demonstration garden,a kindergarten,two kindergarten)part of pre-school children as research object,use the mobile phone to understand how many pre-school children are smart mobile phone,mobile phone number,preschool children play smart preschool children day long,the use of content,whether parents control of preschool children and the length of time the use of mobile phone content,parents' attitude,the use of smart phones every day time with the parents of preschool children using mobile phone participation,through a large number of real data and the phenomenon,found that the Xinyang City preschool children intelligent mobile phone usage and some of the problems,and how science should use hands for preschool children How to effectively manage the use of mobile phones for preschool children and other related issues,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,so as to make pre-school children in the use of smart phones to get better development.According to the questionnaire,interview and case,the following conclusions are drawn: the vast majority of pre-school children have used smart phones;a day long use within half an hour of preschool children accounted for 15.63%;half an hour to an hour,accounted for 21.02%;one hour to 1.5 hours,accounting for 26.7%;two hours in 1.5hours,accounting for 25.28% of the total number;more than two hours,accounting for11.36%;the most commonly used types of software for pre-school children are the game and puzzle;the parents' attitudes towards the use of mobile phones by preschool children can be divided into three categories,including "control type","no control type","and"";more than half of parents think preschool children are fascinated by mobile phones;the longer the use of mobile phones,the greater the impact of pre-school children;parents use the phone every day longer,most parents use more than two hours a day;the vast majority of parents do not participate in the use of smart phones pre-school children;the parents did not play a role in the home,the use of smart phone habits of parents,indirectly affecting the use of smart phones pre-school children habits;parents' awareness of family education is weak;the possible effects of mobile phones on pre-school children include: health,learning,social,language,and cognition.the parents are not aware of the harm and benefits brought by smart phones to preschool children;parents' views on smartphones are too extreme.According to these phenomena and problems,the author puts forward suggestions and countermeasures from three aspects of preschool children's parents,kindergarten and society.
