Research Of Information Assurance And And Quality Control For University Institutional Repository Based On Crowded Innovation

Crowded innovation,AKA Zhongchuang,is the new model of cooperative innovation.Participate in Zhongchuang's innovative users to use the Internet for information exchange,access to their own information needed for innovation.As a flexible knowledge collection and display platform built by colleges and universities,the university institutional repository can carry out information security for the innovation activities of university scientific research users in the background of crowded innovation,and further promote the development of innovation activities.Based on the practice of scientific research activities in colleges and universities,this paper studies the university institutional repository from two aspects: information security and information quality control.The main contents of the study include three parts:(1)Analyzes the factors that influence the use of institutional repository in the background of crowded innovation.(2)According to the factors that influence the use of institutional repository in scientific research users,the quality control system of university institutional repository on crowded innovation is established.The quality control system contains two parts: first of all,based on the institutional repository,through the user authorization to establish peer review,etc.to build services in crowd innovation background research information support quality control system;then,based on the relevant management policy,we establish the management policy of the university institutional repository in the background of crowded innovation,and ensure the content quality of the university institutional repository through the coercive force of the policy.(3)Under the protection of the quality control system,the university institutional repository is used to guarantee the information of innovation activities in the background.of crowd innovation.This paper is based on two practical needs of university research users in the context of crowded innovation: the first is to use the university disciplines network,based on the institutional repository to build informal literature exchange platform,which to provide literature for scientific research and innovation;the second is to use the university institutional repository as a means,combined with the relationship between colleges and universities,to build a "discipline construction think tank",which turns the tacit knowledge into resources to serve the discipline constructionThe purpose of information security and quality control system of university institutional repository,which under the circumstances of crowded innovation,is to provide the necessary information and literature for the innovation activities of the institutional repository users effectively,quickly and accurately,and to ensure the academic quality of these information and literature.
