Research On Subject Service Innovation Of University Institutional Repository

University institutional repository is the academic resource of long-term storage institutions in colleges and universities,and supports the infrastructure of academic research.University institutional repository is based on the network,relying on the intellectual and academic achievements resources of colleges and universities to disseminate academic knowledge and support social innovation.University institutional repository has increasingly become an important part of promoting the knowledge of the subject service platform.Discipline-based Service of University Institutional Repository is a new research perspective,we should combine the characteristics of the university's institutional knowledge base with its strong technical support,and carry out in-depth reconstruction of the university's subject services on the basis of the original,so that the subject services can smoothly enter a new realm.This paper takes the university institutional repository as the research object,based on the research of the policy system and quality assurance of the university institutional repository,discusses how the university institutional repository can innovate the subject service from the aspects of scientific research service and subject development decision.The main content of this paper is divided into four parts:(1)Analysis of the institutional service needs of academic institutions in this paper.(2)In the process of subject service,study how the university institutional repository should be better constructed and developed.The main content is the quality control strategy of university institutional repository.The paper is mainly divided into control mechanism,execution mechanism and review mechanism.(3)Analysis of how university research institutional repository service activities and academic disciplines in the development of decision support services.This section includes expanding the scope of services IR's universities,scientific research to solve practical problems,and the use of scientific and technological achievements rich information repositories and universities,school services for the academic development and taking Shandong University of Technology as an example for analysis.(4)Based on university institutional repository service platform for academic development proposal for the construction of disciplinary service reference service module for testing.The article integrates the university institutional repository into the system of subject service system,theoretically explores the integration of subject services and institutional knowledge bases,and constructs a new method for the construction of university institutional repository.The institutional structure of the university institutional repository for the construction of subject services is constructed,so that the university institutional repository not only becomes a knowledge collection center,but also expands the service content and service level,expands the scope of services,and realizes the sustainable development of the university institutional repository.
