Study On Patterns Of "Time Bank" Mutual Pension And Participation Willingness For Young Elderly

With the accelerated pace of population aging,pension problems of the elderly in our country have become increasingly prominent,pension institutions,pension care personnel can not meet the context of the aging of the old-age care needs,which means that China is facing a serious shortage of resources endowment service challenge.Home care is still the first choice for most of the elderly.Under the background of "time bank" mutual pension as a supplementary old-age home,its role has become increasingly prominent.China has given the affirmation of "time bank" mutual pension value,but "time bank" mutual pension mode has not been well in advance,there may has some problems such as structural elements is not clear,the implementation mode is not clear,lack of volunteers,especially young elderly did not give full play to the role of the core volunteer groups,it is necessary to discuss the young elderly willingness,in order to find out the influence of "time bank" mutual factors endowment development,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the enthusiasm of the young elderly.Based on literature reviews and combing the elements,in order to promote the young elderly to participate in the "time bank" mutual pension mode as the goal,starting from the young elderly will put forward the countermeasure and suggestion about the time bank mutual pension mode.The research process includes five stages:the first stage: A review of the literature.Grasp the domestic literature review of the "time bank" mutual pension mode.The second stage: The sort of the key elements.To carry out field research combined with literature review,then using the 5W2 H method,sort out the "time bank" mutual pension mode key elements,including:place of participation,members of participation,servicing time,servicing content,organization management,financial support.The third stage:Design of questionnaire and interview outline.The key elements as the framework,and consulting the experts on questionnaire items and modify,finally established “the time bank mutual pension intention questionnaire” and interview outline.The fourth stage:Pre-survey,determinethe formal questionnaire and interview outline.The pre-survey and interviews of 30 younger elderly,in order to find out the possible problems,and further modified to form the formal questionnaire and interview outline.The fifth stage:The formal questionnaire survey.Interviews and data analysis.By using the method of convenient sampling and random sampling,a questionnaire survey of Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province five city 397 younger elderly,and stakeholder interviews;results show that younger elderly participation willingness is higher,the Stakeholders put forward opinions and suggestions on "time bank" mutual pension.The results of the survey and practice,put forward countermeasures of "time bank " mutual pension mode and some suggestions,in order to better meet the young elderly mutual pension wishes.
