Research On The Management Of Community Volunteers With The "Time Bank" Mode

The management of community volunteers plays critical role in community construction,at the same time,also in social work and practice.In recent years,community workers have constantly attempted professional method of exploring the management of community volunteers,with the full support of government.However,such experience of exploration is still in initial and incomplete period,resulting in many problems which is awaiting resolution,such as high turnover of volunteers,initiative of volunteers involvement,low satisfaction and so on.At present,more attention in academic circle is paid to the study on single-dimension of volunteers management,while there is a lack of study on community volunteers management,combined with the method of community working practice.This thesis regards “Time Bank” mode which is a management style of community volunteers as a subject of study,researches that the executive group applies the working methods to take the specific measures in recruit,selection,training and service evaluation of community volunteers,and lays emphasis on the study of the problems in the management of community volunteers and the analysis of their causes.What's more,it will further explore that the application of community working methods promotes the mode of thinking in the effective management of community volunteers and offers the reference for the effective improvement of this management in the process of community running “Time Bank”,with the use of “ Time Bank” pattern.
