A Study Of Community Governance Of Multi-ethnic Communities In The City Of Social Work Intervention

Along with the continuous deepening of social reform and the rapid development of community construction,China's existing grass-roots social management system is unable to adapt to the current development of social economy,and many problems have appeared in the construction of grass-roots organizations,so the community governance has been put on the agenda as a focus in academia.As we all know,in China's social development of ethnic communities,with a late start and a weak foundation,unemployment,population aging,environmental pollution and other problems have appeared.At the same time,social problems in ethnic communities often have ethnic characteristics and therefore are often influenced by religions,ethnic differences,ethnic cultures and other aspects.Our country has gradually realized that only the government or the community cannot always carry out effective community governance,so the governance idea of three-linkage is advocated at present in our country,that is,we should give full play to interaction among the community,the social organization and the social work.So,social work is applied to the process of community governance,and how to integrate the social work into the community governance work and play the role of social work in multi-ethnic community work should also be considered.The involvement of social work will inject new energy into the multi-ethnic community governance,leading to a better connection between the social management and the socio-economic development of ethnic communities.This would ease social contradictions and ethnic contradictions,enhance the happiness and national identity of urban ethnic communities,and thus promote the development of our community and even our society,which is one of the important goals of social work.Taking the urban multi-ethnic community as the research object,the author seeks the possibility of social work intervention aiming at the community governance problems.In the paper,the author first elaborates the topic significance and research significance,and then makes a literature review of relevant domestic and foreign research on minority community governance and social work intervention in minority community governance.In the second chapter,the author mainly introduces the basic situation and the governance situation of J community from the governance path and the governance content.In the third chapter,according to the relevant survey data and interview data,the author mainly discusses the main problems of J community governance.In the fourth chapter,aiming at the problems existing in the J community,the author states the necessity of social work intervention in urban multi-ethnic community governance,and looks for the possibility of social work intervention in J community governance from community service,resource integration,recruitment of minority workers,cultural capacity construction.In the last part(also conclusion),the author summarizes this paper,and grasps the structure and conclusion of this paper as a whole.
