Research On The Status Quo Of Social Work Intervention Community Governance In Urumqi City

As an important part of the social system,community is closely related to people's life.It is not only the task of the times,but also the need of the reality that the effective governance of the community to promote the development of the community and the improvement of people's living standard.Social work involved in community governance is the result of a variety of factors,including the development of social work itself,the need for governance in the process of community development,and the transformation of people's governance concepts,and the governance of the community through social work.On the one hand,the community is added to the community governance.Work force,on the other hand,the unique ideas and methods brought by social work also add meaning to community governance.Through a questionnaire survey of 76 communities in Urumqi and interviews with the leaders of some community and social work organizations,it is found that there are great difficulties in the current community governance,which is mainly manifested in the lack of work funds,more work tasks and pressure,insufficient staff members' ability,and the accumulation of residents' participation in governance.The polarity is not high.Facing these problems,relying only on the strength of the community can not be effectively solved.Social work has become an important external support force.Under the guidance of different forces of government,community and social work institutions,it participates in the daily governance of the community through the form of knowledge,talent,institutions and projects.In different communities,there are great differences in the form of intervention and the effect of intervention in social work.The coverage of knowledge intervention and talent intervention is wide,but the role is very limited.The role of institutional intervention and project intervention is relatively good,but the coverage rate in the community is relatively low.In addition,in the process of intervention,the problems of social work have been exposed,such as the weakness of social work force,the low efficiency of social work intervention,the lack of effective cooperation with the government,the community and other social organizations,as well as the lack of social work social publicity and social recognition.Under such a realistic pressure,only by speeding up the construction of the "linkage of the three societies",strengthening the construction of social work institutions and the professional ability training of the social work of the community personnel,and improving the publicity of social work through a variety of ways to improve the social work through a clear understanding of the status and role of social work in community governance,can it be able to make it possible to Social work should play its due role in community governance.
