With the increasing urbanization in our country,people in rural area have a stronger desire for education resources of high quality.Thus,the government has opened up boarding schools in ethnic minority areas at first,and then many primary and secondary schools and teaching institutions in a too small scale have been closed or merged successively in some rural areas,so boarding schools have been gradually established in those areas.However,with an increasing number of boarding schools,some problems have come to light,such as school management and the adaptability of students.Therefore,focused on this topic,this thesis takes the high school students of the Ethnic Middle School of Tamed left Banner county in Inner Mongolia as the object of this study for the specific research,and based on the theory of the application of wide-area clinical orientation,one of the modes of school social work,this article discusses the problem of adaptability of high school students in boarding schools from the aspects of the management of schools,home environment,teacher-student relationship and peer groups under ABCD four conditions,and puts forward the suggestions and solutions accordingly.Besides,this paper aims to explore the possible and effective solutions to the problems of boarding schools in rural areas through analyzing how social work interferes in the adaptability of high school students in boarding schools,and arouse great attention of the society to boarders and problems in boarding schools.
