| In recent years,the number of children in difficulties in our country has become increasingly large,especially the increasingly diversified social problems of children in difficulties,which have attracted the attention of experts and scholars at home and abroad.There are more and more relevant researches on solving social problems of children in distress.Most of them are theoretical research from the perspective of the social welfare system or using social work methods such as case work,group work,and community work to conduct practical intervention research.Schools are rarely introduced.Research on the wide-area clinical model of social work.At present,the interpersonal communication problems caused by insufficient interpersonal skills of children in difficult situations are very prominent,especially in rural areas of difficult children.Interpersonal communication is a very important aspect of personal socialization.The ability of interpersonal communication is an indispensable basic quality for modern people,and an important criterion for measuring whether a person can adapt to the needs of modern society.School social work has a unique effect on solving the problems of rural children in difficulties with its unique theoretical perspective and working methods.Therefore,it has very important theoretical and practical significance to explore how to improve the interpersonal skills of rural children in difficulties from the perspective of school social works.This article takes rural children in distress as the research object,and uses the wide-area clinical model of school social work to explore the practical exploration of improving the interpersonal ability of rural children in distress.First,through questionnaire surveys,we can understand and evaluate the current situation of rural children’s interpersonal skills from the three dimensions of interpersonal perception,interpersonal communication and interpersonal control.It is found that rural children’s interpersonal skills are generally poor in interpersonal perception and interpersonal communication,obviously insufficient and lack of interpersonal control are three problems.From the personal,family,school,and social levels,the factors affecting the interpersonal competence of rural children in distress are divided into the following four aspects: low self-evaluation of rural children in distress,unreasonable family parenting methods,lack of quality education in schools,and generally low levels of social acceptance.At the same time,it analyzes and evaluates the needs of rural children in difficulties in interpersonal communication.Secondly,it discusses and analyzes the necessity of school social work intervention to improve the interpersonal ability of rural children in distress.Then,based on this,the improvement of the interpersonal skills of rural children in distress is carried out from the four quadrants of the wide-area clinical model.Among them,the A quadrant is aimed at the family and peer communication environment,and the parent classroom and peer education activities are carried out to improve the family and peer communication environment;the B quadrant is aimed at the school education concept,through policy advocacy,the introduction of volunteers,and teacher training to update the education of children in difficulties Concept;C-quadrant is aimed at rural children in distress,through case work and group work to improve the interpersonal skills of rural children in distress;D-quadrant is targeted at school students,through theme class meetings,garden activities and school-based courses,focusing on improving the interpersonal communication of student groups Ability in turn promotes the transformation of individual children in distress.Finally,conduct a practical evaluation.Through practical intervention,the interpersonal skills of rural children in distress have been improved,the family and peer communication environment has been optimized,the transformation of school education concepts has been promoted,and the harmonious development of interpersonal relationships in the school has been promoted.The study found that: wide-area clinical-oriented practical intervention is feasible;the wide-area clinical model can effectively improve the interpersonal skills of rural children in difficulties.However,social work in rural schools is currently facing huge challenges,and social workers in rural schools are also facing role dilemmas and choices.The research has some shortcomings due to subjective and objective reasons such as insufficient selection of objects,insufficient practical experience in social work,and insufficient service time.In the future,research can be further explored by expanding the research objects,strengthening the accumulation of social practical experience,and carrying out longitudinal research,so as to reduce research errors and improve the scientific nature of research. |
