Research On Talent Cultivation Of Sports Technology Schools In Tibet Autonomous Region

With the rapid development of society, the development of competitive sports has gradually become an important symbol to measure the degree of regional development. Tibet Autonomous Region consists of Lhasa, Shannan, Xigaze, Qamdo, Nyingchi and Nagqu, Ali seven prefecture level city(region) are provided in the focus of the amateur sports school, is a crucial source of admissions for the Tibet Autonomous Region Sports School. Tibet autonomous region sports technical school as the traditional "three" training system in the bottom of the training units, training of sports talents after enrollment, training process is particularly important. The problems left over from the planned economy period to the present stage of competitive sports personnel training is becoming increasingly prominent, making competitive sports personnel training opportunities and challenges coexist. In this context is necessary to autonomous district sports school personnel training current situation of investigation and study, analysis of existing problems, the purpose of which is to provide some valuable theoretical basis for the Tibet Autonomous Region Sports School in talent training.In this paper, the field survey method, interview method, literature data method, mathematical statistics method, the Tibet autonomous region sports technical school personnel training as the research object. Through the access to autonomous district sports school training department, the student section of the data combined with interviews with the Tibet Autonomous Region Sports Bureau, competing body center, school leaders, coaches and students, this study concludes that:(1) of the Tibet Autonomous Region Sports Sports School Coaches age structure is relatively reasonable, coaching experience is rich.(2) education structure, low cultural quality, scientific research personnel shortage. In terms of material selection, there are many differences in the field of enrollment, training, competition, and so on.(3) the implementation of training there is no clear guidance documents, coaches training experience, uneven level of coaching; premature for special training and ignore the physical quality of the all-round development, do not attach importance to prevention of sports injury.(4) The contradiction of learning and training is more obvious, "with" the actual effect of poor education.(5) The single channel transmission, transmission level is low, the yield is not high.According to the conclusions of this study, we put forward the following suggestions:(1) combined with the actual situation of the Tibet autonomous region sports technical school supplementary qualifications and training experience.(2) Establish a scientific selection system; to promote the development of the project by the advantages of the project development.(3) Advanced training concepts and training methods, and strictly implement the training plan and carry out the necessary supervision.(4) Improve training implementation of scientific rationality, improve the quality of training, spend more time learning theory courses.(5) Strengthen the sports department and superior communication and feedback, broaden the entrance way.
