Middle-distance race in track and field sports is the most difficult project,is a comprehensive project of speed and endurance are higher.1500 m is one of the most difficult projects of middle-long-distance,there are strict requirements in the training process,the training at different times,have different characteristics.Characteristics for the study of the women's 1500 meters before the training,to explore suitable to our country outstanding female middle-distance race athletes training before the law,promote the development of the women's 1500 m project pre-match training theory,this paper USES the literature material law,on-the-spot investigation method,expert interview method,etc,to our country outstanding athlete liu fang for 2013 national games women's 1500 meters race's pre-game training study,discuss the training before the game in the overall arrangement,the characteristics of the load and means and other aspects,to find a suitable training before the law of our country outstanding female middle-distance race athletes,draw the conclusion:1.Liu Fang for the 2013 training before the Games 1500 meters race for a period of 4 weeks,the whole idea of the training is the premise to maintain the existing special endurance ability,to further improve the summer preparation key training final speed keeping ability and ability to sprint.The small amount of exercise,high strength,to avoid injury occurs,the maximum adjustment of competitive state to the best level,to create the conditions for the national games.2.In the 4 weeks before the training,the training arrangement continues to decrease,and in the race week training volume adjusted to the minimum,the training intensity increases,a week before the game training intensity reached the maximum in the week declined slightly.Focus on strengthening the speed endurance and speed ability training,effective adjustment of Liu Fang's body and competitive state,for Liu Fang to create excellent results provide a guarantee.3.In the whole process of Liu Fang's pre match training,the main monitoring physiological,biochemical indicators: heart rate,hemoglobin,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatine kinase four.The coaches can through the monitoring of four indicators,combined with the training to make timely adjustments to the Liu Fang training content and load,to ensure the quality of the whole training process,help Liu Fang physiological and biochemical indexes in the game to achieve the best condition.4.Liu Fang for the 2013 National Games 1500 meters race before the training process,strong pertinence.Through active medical treatment,it promotes the recovery of physical ability and the adjustment of competitive state after training,and effectively avoids the occurrence of fatigue and injury.
