The 800-meter run is the most difficult project in the track and field competition,and it has extremely high requirements for athletes' speed and endurance.Compared with the international level of women's 800 meters,China's women's 800 meters running project still has a lot of room for improvement.This paper studies the pre-competition training of Hu Zhiying,the runner-up of the women's 800 m runner-up in the 13 th National Games,and analyzes and summarizes her pre-match training arrangements,load characteristics and training methods,etc.,analyzing Hu Zhiying 800 meters.The pre-competition training features explore Hu Zhiying's pre-match training rules and hope to provide reference for his future pre-match training arrangements.He also hopes to provide examples for other Chinese women's 800-meter athletes.This paper uses the literature method,interview method and other methods to study the pre-competition training of China's 800-meter-long female athlete Hu Zhiying in preparation for the Tianjin National Games.It is concluded that:1.Hu Zhiying prepares for the pre-match training of the 13 th National Games for a total of 8 weeks,and these 8 weeks are pre-match preparation weeks.The sixth week is Hu Zhiying's pre-match adjustment week.The pre-competition training mainly includes: aerobic capacity training,special speed endurance training,speed ability training and physical fitness training.2.In the load arrangement,the aerobic capacity of the training load is large,the intensity is relatively small;the training load of the special speed endurance is bounded by the 6th week adjustment week,the load is increased before the adjustment week,the load intensity is unchanged,and the adjustment is made.After the week,the load is reduced and the load intensity is increased;the load intensity of the speed endurance shows a trend of high and low;the body training load does not change much.3.Aerobic capacity is the basis of Hu Zhiying's training,mainly using continuous training method;followed by Hu Zhiying's special speed endurance training,the training content is maintained at about 4 times a week,the training distance is 200-1000 meters,and the special speed endurance training is mainly The interval training method is the main method,combined with the combination training method,comprehensively develops Hu Zhiying's various abilities;the speed ability training is about 3 times a week,and the speed ability training method mainly takes the 80-100 meter sprint run as the main interval.Training method.4.Hu Zhiying effectively avoided the occurrence of injuries during pre-match training and was an important condition for the achievement of the competition.However,Hu Zhiying did not conduct comprehensive physical function monitoring before the competition,so the plan was planned.There is no objective indicator support on the line.5.Hu Zhiying's goal before the game is to enter the top eight,so the game is less stressful and emotionally stable,and it is also the key to achieving good results.Hu Zhiying's professional training period is 5 years.The good performance of this competition fully proves that Hu Zhiying has great development potential.In addition,the success of the competition is also closely related to the reasonable tactical arrangement of the coach Pan Shaokui before the game.
