The Research On Our Country Sports Colleges And Universities Aerobics Direction Graduate Students' Self-cognition And Employment Orientation

As of last century at the beginning of 1980 s aerobics into the country,development has become one of China's most popular people's favorite sport,more and more college students will be learning calisthenics as their professional direction.However,due to the special characteristics of Aerobics projects,the industry is less liquid,with a certain degree of employment limitations,so that the direction of Aerobics market demand for graduates tend to dull,the employment situation is not optimistic.A lot of Aerobics direction of graduate students for their lack of correct self-cognition and employment orientation,leading to "not high,not low" phenomenon of the face with work,marriage and family pressure is bigger than the undergraduates,prone to anxiety.This research used the method of literature,questionnaire and expert interview,on China's Sports College Aerobics self-cognition and employment orientation status of graduates of statistics,analyzes the existing advantages and disadvantages,to alleviate and improve the aerobics master's employment problem to provide theoretical support,enrich the research of Aerobics theory research the students' self-cognition and employment orientation field.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey and interviews with experts,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Most of Chinese sports colleges and universities aerobics direction graduate students of the direction of their special ability,scientific research ability and the ability to obtain employment is relatively vague,self-evaluation and the actual situation of their own do not match.2.Due to the aerobics direction graduate students lack of initiative,school guidance and management is not perfect and the state of the graduates employment policy publicity and other reasons,Chinese sports college aerobics students graduate in 51.39% of the cognition of the current personnel system and employment policy is relatively shallow,for the aerobics industry the employment situation and employment pressure severe cognition is not clear,too optimistic.3.The 69.72% of Chinese sports colleges aerobics postgraduates' carry out occupation career planning actively,but with 78.06% of the students did not strictly in accordance with their own occupation career planning for postgraduate studies;clear degree of future occupation development,employment location is too high,the employer's actual conditions and expectations the recruitment requirements vary greatly;many graduate students in employment with "wage income"(58.19%),"work environment"(46.55%),"household register and career formation"(38.95%)and "location"(33.38%)as the main reference factor.4.The orientation of graduate students of Aerobics in Chinese sports colleges is affected by two factors: individual subjective factors and external objective factors.Among them,the subjective factors of graduate students,including their own conditions,employment awareness of two aspects,the external objective factors,including schools,social and national policies and other factors.Among them,the ability of learning ability and practical ability and other factors have an important influence on the employment orientation.
