Research On The Vocational Education Of Migrant Workers From The Perspective Of Urbanization

The process of urbanization is the process of population,but also the transfer of rural labor force,urbanization process,the main force in the process of urbanization of migrant workers as an important source of labour and city construction,plays an important role in China's economic and social development,and backward peasant workers occupation education at present situation directly affects China the smooth progress of urbanization.The analysis and interpretation of migrant workers occupation related theoretical concepts and theoretical basis,and the characteristics of migrant workers were analyzed.Based on the related concepts of urbanization,migrant workers are defined and the occupation education,occupation education of migrant workers in our country at present the final goal.According to the relevant theoretical basis of human capital theory,such as:the labor transfer theory,explained the theory of quasi public goods,and launched on the occupation education status of migrant workers is discussed.Through the analysis of the current China's migrant workers occupation education status of the education of migrant workers in China currently facing occupation education occupation education ratio is not high,the content of a single,cost increasing and occupation education occupation education environment complex situation,the fundamental reason is the two aspects of migrant workers own factors and external factors.From the migrant workers themselves,they generally have low levels of education,human capital investment,weak awareness of the problem;from the perspective of the government and enterprises,the current occupation education of migrant workers related laws are not perfect,occupation education funding shortage and there is no perfect migrant workers occupation education system.Research and analysis of the methods and measures of developed countries in the process of urbanization in the occupation education taken by Germany,the United States and Japan as typical countries are analyzed and summarized on the basis of general measures adopted by different countries in the labor transfer process,such as perfecting the legal system guarantee for the development of rural occupation education,relying on the development of urbanization to improve farmers' employment level,through public finance security occupation education investment and integration of educational resources to build a new system,and make the migrant workers occupation education development Chinese enlightenment.Finally in view of the current status of migrant workers occupation education premise and learn from foreign experience of developed countries,from the government perspective,enterprises and non-governmental organizations were put forward to promote the development of China's migrant workers occupation education targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
