Abstract/Summary:
The new urbanization strategy centered on promoting human urbanization and oriented by improving quality,which is an important practice for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and a key measure for building a modern country.The rural migrant workers are the core subjects of new urbanization construction and development.Improving their quality and enabling them to have the ability to stabilize employment and integrate development in cities and towns,that is an important manifestation of promoting the high-quality development of new urbanization with human urbanization at its core.Vocational education and adult education are two important types of education for improving the quality and ability of rural migrant workers.In the process of the urbanization development of rural migrant workers,vocational education and adult education choose to work together,which not only meets the current strategic demands of new urbanization construction and high-quality development.It also provides good conditions and opportunities for win-win cooperation and common development between vocational education and adult education.The study is based on the goal and requirement of urbanization development of the core subject of the new urbanization,"the rural migrant workers",and mainly explores and studies the "vocational education and adult education" related to the construction of this goal and task from the perspective of collaboration,why they should cooperate,what problems they face in collaborative practice,how to promote collaboration and achieve collaborative development.The study follows the basic logic and procedures of "proposition of questions-literature review-theoretical analysis-examine reality-strategy construction-summary and prospects",which mainly uses the literature research method and interview research method.On the basis of full analysis of prerequisite(basic)theoretical issues and subject theoretical issues,deeply explore and analyze the problems and obstacles faced by the coordinated development of vocational education and adult education in the process of new urbanization,and then explore the path and measures for the collaborative development between vocational education and adult education in the process of new urbanization.The content of study is divided into "three modules and six chapters".The first module is the scanning and analysis of prerequisite theoretical problems,that is,the "introduction" of Chapter I.By clarifying some prerequisite theoretical issues,such as the research background,core concepts,and theoretical foundations,in order to clear the value and focus of this research.The second module is the determination and clarification of the subject theoretical issues,including Chapter II,"The Basis of Cooperative Development: Logical Division and Coupling between Vocational Education and Adult Education",and Chapter III,"New Urbanization: The Objectives of Common Focus between Vocational Education and Adult Education".By analyzing the essential connotation and logical division and coupling between vocational education and adult education,in order to identify the collaborative capabilities and collaborative development relations that can be used to promote new urbanization.Meanwhile,the in-depth analysis of the connotation,goals and tasks,development status of new urbanization,and analysis of the close relationship between new urbanization and "vocational education and adult education",in order to identify the direction for collaboration of vocational education and adult education.The third module is the "Problems,Countermeasures and Summary and Prospects",which is divided into Chapter IV "Questions" investigation and analysis,Chapter V "Countermeasures" construction and Chapter VI "Summary and Prospects".Based on literature analysis,supported by investigation research,and based on the three-dimensional analysis framework of collaborative symbiosis theory,the problems of collaborative development between vocational education and adult education in the process of new urbanization is analyzed: in the process of "actually" promoting the collaborative development between vocational education and adult education,it also faces ecological problems such as alienation of collaborative units,anomie of collaborative relationships,and troubles of collaborative environments.Therefore,cultivating qualified collaborative units,constructing appropriate collaborative relationships,and creating a good collaborative environment are effective paths and measures for vocational education and adult education to achieve mutual benefit and win-win result,and towards deep-level collaborative development in the process of collaboratively serving the development of new urbanization.
