An Analysis On Situation And Solutions To Training Students Umpiring Ability Of Track And Field In University In Henan Province

There are so many times of injustice in The Rio Olympics.The ridiculous decision for replay United States women’s track team 4×100 meters makes our country out of the final.Appeal in China,the Olympic committee rejected.Track and field referee occupy an important place in the game.The moral level and ability play an important role for the game fair and refereeing decisions.The referee should not let athletes suffer any loss,and create a good environment for them.Fairness and justice ensure the game runs smoothly,therefore,strengthen the ability and level of track and field referee is an important issue worthy of our attention.This paper pick the special students major in track and field in colleges and universities in Henan province as the research object which included the physical education and sports training professional undergraduate course of track and field special students of Henan university and Henan normal university,Luoyang normal college,the Yellow River institute of science and technology,Nanyang normal university,Xinyang normal university.Make investigation and analysis to special students in colleges and universities in Henan province track and field referee ability present situation with the methods of literature material law,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics research.Combine the research data and the track and field knowledge to explain and analysis the current situation of referee ability training of the college students.The special students major in track and field have strong learning motive for the referee knowledge but the practice ability is not as good as the theory learning.The ideas and actions are contradictory.The special students major in track and field in colleges and universities in Henan province referee ability training target is clear,and has certain effect,but it still has a certain distance between achieving all-round balanced development.The lesson period is not enough when teaching in the class.The teaching method is not comprehensive and the content of teaching innovation is insufficient.The teaching form is also unreasonable and the assessment system is imperfect.According to the problems existing in the training of students’ refereeing ability in special students major in track and field in Henan Province,the following suggestions are putting forward.The schoolshould make the training target of track and field students’ referee ability more detailed and reasonable.The referee lessen should be moved up.And when training theoretical knowledge,it should combine with the practice link.Train the ability of students in using the field equipment and the electronic equipment.Teachers should constantly update their knowledge content,accumulate practical experience,improve teaching mode innovation and improve teaching quality and methods.The teaching materials of track and field referees should be published and updated constantly.In the teaching part,teachers should establish a strict assessment system,and carry out training work reasonably and systematically.
