The essay aims to investigate whether the Heuristic Education can be applied in badminton teaching of senior high school students and how to promote the all-round development of students in a proper way.In this essay,some of the key issues are reviewed in the process of exploring Heuristic Education.For instance,“how to take both internal and external teaching ideas into consideration”,“how to achieve better teaching effect in a short-time class”and“how to arrange the structure of class to simulate students'interests in physical education”.Through thinking over whether the students'willpower and team spirit can be cultivated and whether the health knowledge education can be involved,testing the effectiveness and feasibility of high school students'badminton education practice.The attemption and repeated practice aim to solve the problem of teachers in the process of using Heuristic Education Method in the process of teaching badminton class,both in theoretical and practical way.In the easy,literature study,expert interview method,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis were applied to make the research of a total sample of 120 students in Zhenping NO.1 High School,Nanyang,Henan Province.Firstly,the samples were selected randomly from two male and two female classes and each class had 30 students,which belong to the second term of 11th Grade.Secondly,Heuristic Education was used in one male and one female class that were chosen from the sample classes and the other two classes were also teaching by the normal method for reference.Through one semester which can be calculated as 24 class hours,the comparison and teaching effect between experimented classes and the reference classes were analyzed.Tentative summarizations are listed as the following below.Heuristic Education used in the high school teaching can enhance students'physical fitness and also in favor of strength power capacity as well as speed quality.Heuristic Education contributed more to improve the students'fundamental method in badminton exercise.At the same time,compared with the normal teaching method,the students were more skillful in the pattern of Heuristic Education.Students'interests in PE learning attitude towards PE and the level of expression had a leap through Heuristic Education and the data indicated that the method gave more contributions to the above sparkling points.The Primary reason behind arises from the improvement of students'learning interests.Importantly,independence,cooperation and the ever-growing enthusiasm in inquiry-based learning also boosted the results.Lastly,students involved in more extracurricular activities,confidence and emotional regulation along with the willpower were also promoted.In comparison between those effects,the research founded that Heuristic Education pattern had less effect in cooperation and health behavior cultivation;in other words,there were no obvious changes before and after experiment among controlled samples.
