In 2016,the national junior high school students' Ideological and moral course was changed to the course of "morality and rule of law".This change attaches more importance to the status of junior high school students' rule of law education,which is very important in the context of the current minors' crime.However,the rule of law education is relatively abstract for junior high school students.Some concepts and knowledge are not connected with students' life,which is difficult for students to understand.How to make junior high school students with limited understanding ability better understand this part of knowledge,and on the basis of mastering legal knowledge,to further establish the awareness of the rule of law,is a challenge for front-line teachers.Heuristic teaching is based on the respect of students' main position,using students' original foundation,stimulating students' subjective initiative.These characteristics make it play a unique role in junior high school students' awareness of the rule of law education.Therefore,this paper takes heuristic teaching as a means and legal consciousness education as its content.This paper focuses on how to give full play to the advantages of heuristic teaching in stimulating students' main motivation,and how to promote students to establish the consciousness of rule of law spontaneously.In the introduction part,the paper introduces the background of the research and the research status at home and abroad.In the first chapter,the connotation and characteristics of heuristic teaching are discussed,and a general definition of heuristic teaching is given.In the second chapter,it discusses the value of heuristic teaching in junior high school.Under this kind of teaching mode,students can study on the basis of their original knowledge and experience,and explore the significance of the rule of law by themselves.In this way,students can be motivated to learn the legal knowledge and explore the initiative of the spirit of the rule of law to the greatest extent,so that students are more likely to accept and understand the relevant legal knowledge.In the process of independent exploration,they can experience the process of establishing the spirit of the rule of law,and imperceptibly improve students' awareness of the rule of law.In the third chapter,according to the questionnaire,we found some problems in the implementation of heuristic teaching.Such as teachers can not solve all the students' questions,classroom order confusion,students' stratification,classroom bound by textbooks and so on.This paper makes a practical investigation on these problems.The reasons are that teachers' knowledge reserves and teaching skills need to be improved,the understanding of learning situation is not enough,the interaction between teachers and students has problems,as well as the influence of exam oriented education and insufficient educational resources.Therefore,the fourth chapter puts forward some solutions to the problems raised in the third chapter.We should strive to improve the quality of teachers,improve the legal knowledge reserve of teachers,and use the heuristic teaching skills.In the process of teaching,we should make more use of the materials in students' life,so as to improve students' enthusiasm for learning,and take appropriate measures to improve the quality of interaction between teachers and students,improve the efficiency of classroom use,and reasonably allocate teaching resources.In addition,family,school and society should take responsibility together,reduce the influence of exam oriented education on heuristic teaching,and strive to improve students' awareness of the rule of law.In the fifth chapter,on the basis of the full text,the teaching design is carried out,the heuristic teaching is applied to the moral and rule of Law Classroom in junior high school,and the students' awareness of rule of law is cultivated.
