In China,the research on physical education has been as long as 20 years,and some theoretical problems have been gradually clarified,but there are still different opinions on the positioning of the current physical education research.At present,there are many researches on physical education,and many teaching methods have appeared in some experimental researches.Heuristic teaching is a kind of teaching method that teachers use various induction and inspiration methods to guide students to discover principles and conclusions and master teaching contents based on students' age,psychology,foundation and other practical conditions.This study adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,mainly using the experimental method.20 teenagers from the youth badminton training base in qufu city are taken as the experimental objects,and the subjects are between 13 and 15 years old.In the process of the experiment,20 teenagers were divided into two groups by stratified sampling for teaching,8 boys and2 girls in each group.The teenagers participating in this badminton training have no basic knowledge.The experimental group and control group adopt heuristic teaching and traditional teaching respectively.The experiment lasted for 90 minutes twice a week.Of two groups of teenagers in three-month badminton class,selected indicators tested on two groups of teenagers,the selected indicators have basic physical quality and basic techniques,and then to heuristic and traditional training before and after the juvenile badminton technical level and physical test results were compared and analyzed,and the following results and conclusions are obtained.Results:1.The experimental group presented significant differences in lower extremity explosive force,speed quality,strength quality and endurance quality(P<0.01);Students in the control group showed significant improvement in the quality of lower extremity explosive force(P<0.01),and showed significant differences in the quality of speed,strength and endurance(P<0.05).There was little difference between the experimental group and the control group in lower extremity explosive force,speed quality,strength quality and endurance quality(P>0.05).2.Students in the experimental group showed significant differences in serving high ball,forehand hitting high ball,forehand picking and forehand setting net(P<0.01).The students in the control group showed very significant differences in serving high ball,forehand hitting high ball,forehand picking and forehand setting net(P<0.01).There were significant differences between the experimental group and the controlgroup in various techniques(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both heuristic teaching and traditional teaching can improve the physical quality of teenagers,which is manifested in the aspects of lower extremity explosive force,speed quality,strength quality and endurance quality.However,compared with traditional teaching,heuristic teaching cannot significantly improve the physical quality of teenagers.2.In the teaching process,the two teaching methods have significantly improved the badminton skills of teenagers,which are embodied in serving the high ball,hitting the high ball with forehand,picking the ball with forehand and setting the net with forehand.From the perspective of the improvement of various badminton skills,the improvement of heuristic teaching is higher than that of traditional teaching.3.Compared with traditional teaching,heuristic teaching is helpful to mobilize teenagers' learning initiative,improve their learning interest and cultivate their independent thinking ability.
