The educational fairness is not only the basis of social equity, but also directlyrelated to the realization of social justice. however，Educational fairness research is not alot research is not a lot，special multi-angle study of less. Thus it has not only its realisticnecessity, but also innovative that analysis how to realize fair education from theeconomic, social, ethical and legal point of view, focus on the angle of the rule of lawand human rights.This paper analyses reality of the educational fairness and value orientation ofeducation in our Motherland, and compares the educational justice of our country withabroad ones.
