At present,the school bullying event is growing intensified.We can see the sign of bullying on campus from a variety of channels.The school bullying of the primary and secondary school stage stabbing the masses constantly because of its brutal means and high insulting.Bullying who cannot resist only to be insulted.If they resisted,there will be more severe retaliation.In addition to bullying onlookers often shoots video and put on the network to attract other onlookers,it will cause the second damage to bullying.The bully may live under great psychological shadow for a long time.Over time it is easy to produce a variety of psychological problems and affecting the development of physical and mental health.And the bully by slapping,hair pulling,kicking,forced to kneel and other forms meet their twisted mentality greatly.If not curbed them,they will eventually move towards the path of crime.In the face of such severe school bullying event,we should not only stay in indignation but to study the phenomenon and analyze its characteristics and hazards.We should find the more deep-seated reasons and explore the effective prevention strategy.This paper summarizes the definition of bullying from the domestic and foreign experts.This paper also analyzes the general characteristics of bullying,such as the universality of bullying events,the persistence of long-term,bullying concealment,the diversity of bullying and forms,bullying presents a trend of gang and the difference between bully and bullying.On the basis of the above analysis,this paper analyzes the harm caused by bullying.We analyze the impact from five aspects,such as the bully,bullying and bullying of the spectators,campus safety environment and social environment.This paper also explains the causes of bullying,and carries on the discussion from the society,family,school and individual four dimensions.Social anomie,the impact of multiple values on student thought,the relevant laws and regulations of the country are not perfect,the rendering of domestic violence,the way of parent education is not appropriate and the stress of the school examination-oriented education,the choice of school education system structure unreasonable and school moral education work results are not obvious.These are the external causes of campus bullying.However,external factors always play arole through internal factors.We cannot ignore the internal causes of the students which namely the influence of students themselves.The last part of this paper is aiming at the bullying phenomenon and put forward our own proposals from the politics teachers' point of view.The middle school ideological and political teachers should combine classroom teaching advantages,contact teaching materials content,combine the students' moral education in classroom teaching process to play their own personality charm students.The teacher should organize students to participate in class culture construction actively and build good class atmosphere.The teachers should make full use of students' favorite new media to promote and spread the social positive energy and try to eliminate the influence of negative factors.Another the middle school ideological and political teachers should fulfill their education mission to do home visits,guide the students' parents to set up correct concept of education,realize the benign interaction of family education and school education.In a word,We should combine social,family,schools and teachers together to build a four-in-one control strategy to form an effective education force.
