Constructing Gallery Of Middle School Geography Teaching Based On The Google Earth

With the development of the fronter science and technology,new requirements have been put forward for the content of geography teaching and teaching method.Google earth is a virtual globe software,it put the satellite images,aerial photographs and GIS function layout in a 3d model of the earth.These functions for Google earth can be used to high school geography teaching.Based on the deep analysis the value of the Google earth in the high school geography education and theoretical basis,fully excavate the pictures of Google earth can be applied to the high school geography teaching,and then set up a library for the use of the masses of teachers,the system is based on strong functions of Google earth and closely related to high school geography teaching.It has a strong practical value.And explore a new path for Google earth application in geography teaching in high school.On this basis,this paper designed 6 cases fully proved the practical value of the gallery.These cases are came from the textbooks of the high school geography teaching.
