Curriculum reform has been advocated for many years but how do we actually achieve teaching science effectively? By the gradual deepening of curriculum reform,more and more educators are realizing that in order to effectively teach,the improvement of teaching quality and student participation is inseparable.As the embodiments of knowledge,students in actual classrooms are affected by the educator's teaching characteristics and the quality of education.Student participation in classroom activities is the most important factor in acquiring knowledge in a classroom.This research model is based on six expert educators' teaching records and observations primarily focused on classroom observation;video records of teaching;video transcript text analysis;student conduct during teaching;student participation statistics;analysis on increasing student participation;and research implications.This research is in reference to and use of expert educators' practical classroom teaching records as basis for research,along with the use of classroom observation,analysis of videos,video transcript,interviews and other methods in order to research the six junior high school mathematics classes according to its classification.Geometric concepts,concept algebra class,and algebra review class are aimed at analyzing the expert educators' students participation in classroom teaching behavior and characteristics.We have discovered:1)For questions asked in class,students answer positively and were lively which leads to higher levels of cognitive response;2)For group activities and class activities,students tend to think independently and have a strong sense of cooperative inquiry;3)For different teaching methods,student responses are different;4)Relaxed,democratic and cheerful classroom atmospheres led to more student participation.For the creation of a high level of student participation in mathematics classroomsuggestions:1)According to the characteristics of class,create a scientific and efficient curriculum design;2)Students play the main role in the rational use of practice;3)Efficient use of innovative teaching methods to stimulate student interest;4)to create a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere in the classroom,focusing on communication;5)Discovery and Utilization of moral thinking,shaping the moral character of students.
