The main way for students to learn and acquire mathematics knowledge is mathematics classroom teaching.In the mathematics classroom,students are the subject of learning.Only when students fully integrate into the classroom,The teaching effect can be Highlighted.Students' participation in the classroom mainly includes behavior participation,emotional participationb and cognitive participation,among which behavior participation is the most basic classroom participation.Through the existing research and my own actual situation,some teachers have some confusion in guiding students to participate the class.Therefore,this paper focuses on comparing the similarities and differences of students' behavior participation between novice teachers' classroom and proficient teachers' classroom,summarizes the positive practicEs and deficiencies of the two types of teachers in guiding students to participate class,and gives appropriate suggestions.Therefore,this peper first makes a pre-observation of the mathematics classroom,ombing the main behavior of students' participation in the classroom through the pre-observationthe and existing literature,and I divide the students' participation in the classroom into four categories: "listening behavior","teacher-studentinteraction","experimental operation","autonomous learning and cooperative learning",and make a student participation behavior observation scale.In this peper,three novice teachers and three proficient teachers are selected and three new conceptual lesson are selected which are "inverse proportion function","central projection" and "random event".Classroom observation and video recording are carried out for the above classes,and statistical analysis is carried out according to the student participation behavior observation scale,and further comparison is made between the above two types of teachers' classroom,and Got some conclusions:There are similarities and differences of students' behavior participation between novice teachers and proficient teachers.The similarities are as follows.1.The students' participating behaviors in mathematics class are various.The main behaviors of students in mathematics class are fully reflected in the above classification.2.In the aspect of teacher-student interaction,Students answer questions is most frequently in participating behaviors.Students' behavior of answering questions is fully distributed from the beginning to the end of the class.Moreover,the initiative in answering questions is high,But the actual participation rate is not high,This phenomenon is reflected in both classrooms.loration and cooperative learning is high.3.Students are more involved in experimental inquiry and cooperative learning.There are also differences:1.In the aspect of teacher-student interaction.The total number of students answering questions in the novice teacher classroom is higher than in the proficient teacher classroom.On the other hand,in the novice teacher classroom,students answer questions mostly in group answers,while in the proficient teacher classroom students answer questions in non-group responses.Moreover,the two types of teacher classrooms also differ in the nature of the questions answered.On the one hand,the proportion of simple questions in the novice teacher's classroom is higher than in the proficient teacher's classroom;on the other hand,theproportion of critical questions in the proficient teacher's classroom is higher than in the novice teacher's classroom.2.There are differences between the two kinds of teacher classes in the dimensions of students' experimental operation.The number of proficien teachers is higher than that of novice teachers.3.There are differences between the two types of teacher classes in the dimensions of students' cooperative learning.The number of proficien teachers is higher than that of novice teachers.At the end of the study,some suggestions are given to improve students' participation in class.
