The reform and practice of primary school physical education curriculum puts forward new requirements for the professional development of primary school PE teachers.In order to meet the requirements of the new curriculum,the training and learning after the teacher has become a hot issue in the professional development of teachers,which is both theoretical and practical.It is an important part of this research field to be school-based training,which is one of the important ways of professional development of teachers.This paper investigates the status quo of school-based training by means of literature,questionnaire and interview,and takes the six primary school PE teachers in Y city as the research object,and draws the following conclusions:Y City primary school physical education teacher school-based training problem:the enthusiasm of teachers is poor;the effectiveness of the training content is poor;the systematic organization of school is poor;the comprehensiveness of the training resources is poor.The cause of analysis:physical education teachers to enhance their professional needs of the weak,lack of understanding of the value of school-based training,school leaders pay attention to the lack of physical education;the lack of training before the actual needs of physical education teachers,the training of PE teachers and teaching philosophy is lagging behind;the training form is too single,the training evaluation and incentive mechanism is not perfect,the school does not have long-term goal of school-based training and planning;the lack of invitation to experts into the school capital investment,physical education teachers can not be in practice to reflect and improve.Put forward countermeasures:(1)to stimulate physical education teachers to improve their professional development awareness,to eliminate the physical burnout of physical education teachers to encourage young teachers to continue to learn;to make physical education teachers clear the advantages of school-based training.(2)to promote the school to strengthen the training of physical education teachers,leadership appropriate to give training resources tilt;Establish an effective evaluation and reward mechanism.(3)the contents of the training should be based on the characteristics of physical education,reflect the characteristics of school-based training content according to geographical characteristics;,Based on the characteristics of the subject to meet the physical education teachers in the reflection.(4)the use of a variety of training resources to ensure the efficiency of training,Introduction of expert support,increase inter-school exchange benefits;Strengthen network training and understand the forefront of physical education.
