The curriculum of physical education and health is a basic course,the starting point of cultivating lifelong physical education and an important means of education.The reform of physical education curriculum is an important part of the reform of basic education curriculum in China.The opening and development of school-based physical education course is an effective way to break the traditional physical education teaching mode,to provide students with a personalized development platform,and to promote the development of teachers' own professional quality.Based on the methods of literature,Questionnaire,interview,field investigation,logical reasoning and mathematical statisics.This paper analyzes the present situation and influencing factors of physical education school-based curriculum in primary school of Baota district,Yan'an City by mathematical statistics method.The train of thought of this article is to summarize the literature of offering physical education school-based curriculum in Baota District of Yan'an City-Primary School in Baota District of Yan'an City.Analysis on the present situation of physical Education School-based Curriculum in Baota District Yan'an City,the main content of this paper is the analysis of the factors that affect the setting of school-based physical Education Curriculum in Baota District of Yan'an City,the main content of which is the analysis of the conditions of offering school-based physical Education Curriculum in Baota District of Yan'an City.And draw the following conclusions:1.The subjective conditions for school-based physical education in 16 primary schools in Baota District of Yan'an City were insufficient.School leaders showed that school leaders did not pay enough attention to PE school-based curriculum.In terms of physical education teachers,PE teachers were younger,had higher academic qualifications,and participated in sports school-based curriculum.The enthusiasm is high;but there is insufficient understanding of sports school-based curriculum,gender imbalance,non-sports specific physical education teachers,implementation of the lack of capacity and the lack of sports school-based curriculum training and other issues;students and parents,students like sports school-based curriculum It is relatively high,but the understanding of the school-based curriculum in PE is very poor.Some students have low enthusiasm.Most students believe that the sports school-based curriculum offered by the school cannot meet their own sports learning needs;parents understand the sports school-based curriculum and The understanding of importance is lacking.2.The objective conditions for the opening of school-based physical education courses in 16 primary schools in Baota District of Yan'an City are as follows: In terms of teaching funds,most primary school PE teachers in Baota District of Yan'an City believe that the school's funding for the establishment of sports school-based curriculum is insufficient.In terms of venues and equipment,only the venues and equipment of some elementary schools in the urban areas of Baota District are relatively complete,but there is a shortage of venues and equipment for urban and rural primary schools and rural townships and community primary schools.3.In terms of teaching content,there are more school-based courses such as skipping rope,Ansai waist drums,football,and table tennis in the 16 elementary schools in Baota District of Yan'an City.The school-based courses such as the Ansai waist drum and the Northern Shaanxi Yangko have been highlighted.Yan'an regional characteristics.Through on-site inspection,it was found that the extension of post schools,small schools in Yan'an New District,Yan'an Experimental Primary School,Dufuchuan Primary School,Zaoyuan Central Primary School,Yaodian Central Primary School and Nanniuwan Elementary School had established their own sports associations.The effect of sports school-based curriculum is obvious.Students learn the contents of sports school-based curriculum more systematically and their acquired skills are very solid.4.In terms of teaching methods,the teaching methods of physical education teachers in 16 primary schools in Baota District of Yan'an City have changed considerably compared with the past,especially the primary schools in the new district of Yan'an City and the extension schools.Physical education teachers because of their own ability is not very strong,coupled with the lack of necessary guidance,lack of physical education skills and physical education school-based curriculum training opportunities and so on.The teaching methods adopted by PE teachers in setting up physical education school-based courses are not obvious enough.5.In the aspect of assessment and evaluation,physical education teachers of 16 primary schools in Baota District of Yan'an have a great change in the evaluation of students' learning.It changed the evaluation method that only paid attention to the students' motor skills before,and increased the attention to the students' learning process.However,in the course of investigation,it was found that there were still some obstacles in the course of the implementation of the physical education school-based curriculum.For example,the large number of students in teaching classes and the large number of classes taught by physical education teachers make it difficult to evaluate each student individually.6.In terms of organizational management.In 16 primary schools in Baota District of Yan'an City,only one small physical education teacher in the New District of Yan'an City thought that the management system of school-based curriculum organization in this school was relatively perfect.However,all the PE teachers in Yuanlongsi Primary School and Songshu Primary School think that the management system of the school's physical education school-based curriculum organization is not perfect.In some schools,school-based curriculum organization personnel are confined to the school,lack of factors outside the school.7.The main influencing factors of physical education school-based curriculum in 16 primary schools in Baota District of Yan'an City are as follows: the support and attention of school leadership,P.E teachers' attitude,the attitude of the students,teaching funds,venues,equipment and so on.The training of school-based physical education courses in P.E teachers.The influence of the local government and education department and the attitude of parents.
