| With the continuous deepening of China’s reform and opening up,the economy of our country showed a significant upward trend from the 1980 s to the beginning of this century.Against the backdrop of significant economic and social development,the development of education has also ushered in a new era of transformation.The country has increased its attention to education and investment in education has significantly increased.The Outline of the National Medium-and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan issued by the state reflects the Party’s emphasis on education,and the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly states that education that satisfies the people should be provided.Recently,the Ministry of Education issued the "Action Plan for Revitalizing Teacher Education(2018-2022)",which pointed out that effective measures should be taken to promote the healthy development of teacher education,truly promote teacher education reform,and comprehensively improve the quality of teacher education.From this,it can be seen that the country has created a good social atmosphere for the development of education.School physical education plays a crucial role in education and is the foundation for promoting educational development.School physical education can promote the healthy development of students and promote their physical and mental health.It plays a crucial role in improving the physical fitness of the entire population.In order to solve the problem of unbalanced resource allocation of primary school physical education teachers in urban and rural areas of Dingzhou,this paper studies and analyzes the current situation of the resource allocation of primary school physical education teachers in urban and rural areas of Dingzhou through the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,field survey,interview,logical analysis,and mathematical statistics.As a special educational resource,physical education teachers in Dingzhou determine the level of education development,Scientific and reasonable allocation can promote the development of education in the region.According to relevant data,there are significant differences in the allocation of teacher resources between urban and rural areas.Compared to urban areas,rural areas have insufficient economic development,poor educational and teaching environments,and a severe loss of rural teacher resources.There is a lag in the recruitment of new teachers,and rural schools are prone to falling into the dilemma of lacking teacher resources.In this regard,the rational allocation of teacher resources has become a major challenge for the healthy development of physical education teaching in urban and rural areas.In the development of education,it is necessary to pay attention to both educational fairness and efficiency issues.Faced with significant issues in the allocation of physical education teacher resources in schools,scientific and reasonable allocation of physical education teachers,implementation of national education policies,and allocation of physical education teacher resources in urban and rural primary and secondary schools have become bottlenecks in the current healthy development of sports.It is necessary to cultivate qualified physical education teachers for schools in rural areas through various channels.In recent years,public funded normal students and targeted training have effectively supplemented physical education teacher resources,alleviating the current situation of insufficient allocation of physical education teacher resources in schools.Through investigation and research on sports resources in urban and rural primary schools in Dingzhou City,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)There are significant differences in the resource allocation of primary school physical education teachers between urban and rural areas in Dingzhou City,with significant structural imbalances,manifested in aspects such as teacher gender,teacher education background,teacher age,and teacher title structure.(2)Through data analysis,it can be concluded that the teacher-student ratio of urban schools is significantly higher than that of rural primary schools.(3)In response to the practical problems existing in urban and rural primary schools in Dingzhou City,full-time physical education teachers should be equipped to ensure that students can receive professional education.(4)At present,there are mainly problems of quantity imbalance,structure imbalance,and quality imbalance in the allocation of resources for primary school physical education teachers in urban and rural areas of Dingzhou City. |
