With the widespread practice of quality education,art education more and more attention by the society and the government.Art education effect and art teacher's professional ability are closely linked.The elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability of research and discussion to the elementary school fine arts teacher's professional development,and even children's aesthetic ability and creativity plays an important role,with the advent of the era of economic globalization,the parents especially attention to the cultivation of children's aesthetic ability and creation ability,at the same time,the fine arts course because of its subject characteristics,is becoming more and more popular with children themselves.Itself as a result,children,parents,school and society to the elementary school fine arts teacher's professional looking forward to more and more is also high.In September 2012,issued by the ministry of education in our country in the primary school teachers' professional standards(try out)"to the elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability put forward specific demands,more highlights the country to the elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability.Visible,the study of the elementary school fine arts teacher professional ability has the vital significance.However,comb through to the past research,most scholars focused on the primary school teachers' professional ability,and not from the particularity of professional art teachers in-depth study of their professional ability,the teachers of empirical research on the elementary school fine arts teacher professional ability is also less.Therefore,this study aims to through the self-made questionnaire of the elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability,understanding of Changchun city C area elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability of the status quo,in-depth analysis of the elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability,and on this basis,the elementary school fine arts teacher the student to carry on the questionnaire survey of the region,so from the perspective of students to be more objective understanding of C area elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability.In addition,this study to the elementary school fine arts teachers and school principals and manager interview,in order to know C from school level area elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability the influence factors of the status quo,and to promote C area elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability put forward countermeasures and Suggestions.This research mainly adopts literature analysis and questionnaire survey to the C area elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability present situation for study.Results show that the first,this study includes the elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability questionnaire reliability and validity are to achieve an acceptable level,but also can improve the reliability and validity of place.Second,C area overall level of the elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability in the medium level on slightly,but specific to the dimension,the elementary school fine arts teacher in "the fine arts education ability","research and innovation ability' and "self development ability" the low level of three dimensions.Third,the school level,C area elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability of school type differences,first of all is the differences of school sources,as no matter from the whole art level,professional ability level or all dimensions city elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability are significantly higher than that of rural elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability.Second,school type differences,no matter from the fine arts ability level of the whole or the dimension level,public schools in the elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability is significantly higher than private elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability.Fourth,the individual level,C area elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability significant differences on the teaching experience,performance in teaching experience for 5-10 years of elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability level is higher than other teaching experience of primary school teachers of fine arts;C area elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability significant differences on the record of formal schooling,performance for master degree and above in the elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability is significantly higher than undergraduate and college degree and the following primary school teachers of fine arts;C area elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability significant differences on the title level,show the title of senior elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability is significantly higher than the intermediate title elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability,intermediate title elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability is significantly higher than primary title elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability.Through interviews of this study on the influencing factors of C area elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability of study,the factors influencing the C area elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability are:first,school leaders the importance of the elementary school fine arts teacher professional ability is insufficient,affected the C area elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability development.Second,C area lack system for elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability training,restricting the development of C elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability.Third,C area for the elementary school fine arts teacher's training content is not comprehensive and system,especially lack of elementary school art teacher for this area of research and innovation ability training.Fourth,C area elementary school fine arts teacher's own professional development consciousness is not strong.Stress combining with the school leaders,school management system,school training methods,training content,attitude of consciousness of teachers' professional ability and teacher's professional ability of ascension C area elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability to put forward the countermeasure and the suggestion,in order to enhance the capacity of the elementary school fine arts teacher professional theory and empirical research to provide reference and reference.
