on the elementary school fine arts teacher professional ability is also less.Therefore,this study aims to through the self-made questionnaire of the elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability,understanding of Changchun city C area elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability of the status quo,in-depth analysis of the elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability,and on this basis,the elementary school fine arts teacher the student to carry on the questionnaire survey of the region,so from the perspective of students to be more objective understanding of C area elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability.In addition,this study to the elementary school fine arts teachers and school principals and manager interview,in order to know C from school level area elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability the influence factors of the status quo,and to promote C area elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability put forward countermeasures and Suggestions.This research mainly adopts literature analysis and questionnaire survey to the C area elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability system for elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability training,restricting the development of C elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability.Third,C area for the elementary school fine arts teacher's training content is not comprehensive and system,especially lack of elementary school art teacher for this area of research and innovation ability training.Fourth,C area elementary school fine arts teacher's own professional development consciousness is not strong.Stress combining with the school leaders,school management system,school training methods,training content,attitude of consciousness of teachers' professional ability and teacher's professional ability of ascension C area elementary school fine arts teacher's professional ability
