Due to problems in the traditional fine arts education, and reasonable to implement curriculum reform put forward the new idea, thinking to borrow “stratification teaching” teaching model used in this elementary school fine arts education.So-called layering method in the elementary school fine arts teaching, means the art teacher under the students in a certain stage grasp of the basic knowledge of fine arts, hobbies, the size of the potential ability in the aspect of art, for art demand diversity, the materials used for hierarchical planning, according to the students of different levels in different levels of teaching goal, organization and different class, discriminating the art work of design, and as well as to individual student evaluation system, is a new form of teaching.The author through the analysis of relevant concepts of the layered teaching, this article from the perspective of the development of art education, lack of the original education idea and rediscover the Angle of the class, as well as the implementation of quality education needs in terms of hierarchical teaching layered can advance the art of classroom teaching process smoothly and help to realize the art effect of classroom teaching process and desired Angle analysis of the possibility of hierarchical teaching in the elementary school fine arts. And then the author according to the selection of the actual situation of school art teaching to all the students of class two, grade five school as the research object, through the observation in the process of research, interviews and other research methods combining knowledge of your art skills, interests, potential ability, have a certain understanding, finally using action research methods to explore elementary school fine arts stratified teaching strategies. Through stratified teaching experiment in the elementary school fine arts curriculum, students’ learning attitude, interest in learning art, art ability are improved obviously. But some problems still exist in the experimental process, also need to be in the later teaching practice to improve continuously.
