The occupation of being a teacher is a time-honored occupation,but the research of teacher and teacher-student relationship is perennial.It's a realistic content that ameliorating teacher-student relationship by various ways.Especially for junior high school students who are in a stage of rapid development.The students of this stage are developing rapidly in both physical and mental respects,and their relationship with parents and teachers is becoming sensitive and delicate.This text is based on parents' views on teachers,to discuss parents' impact on junior high school teacher-student relationship.That will help parents to participate in educational process as well as to promote home-school cooperation.This text sort out the research vein of views about teacher and teacher-student relationship firstly.And secondly,to classify the parents' views on teachers and to find out its formation mechanism and try to tell why it can effect teacher-student relationship of junior high school.Thirdly,this text discuss the specific influence and put forward specific approaches to ameliorate teacher-student relationship of junior high school.Concretely speaking,in the first part,I try to define the views of teacher,the parents' views on teachers and the teacher-student relationship of junior high school.And then I classify the parents' views on teachers into six types,that's the nanny type,the leader type,the companion type,the cooperator type,the competitor type and the employed type.I used their meaning,their forming reasons,their typical example and their feature to expound them.Finally,I conclude the general characteristics ofparents' views on teachers and make a brief appraisal to it as well.In the second part,I discuss the formation mechanism from its source and development.And I analyze its influence from its principle,mechanism and influence path.In the third part,I discuss that parents' views on teachers make an affirmative effect or a negative effect or a linkage effect.The affirmative effect is embodied by concept of identity,affective commitment and labor value identity.The negative effect is embodied by rejecting the medium of instruction or rejecting the behavioral pattern.The linkage effect is embodied by mutual correction of each other.Through the analysis and discussion before,the final part of this text,I come up with specific ways to optimize parents' views on teachers and to ameliorate teacher-student relationship of junior high school.All in all,by means of effective interaction of parents,students and teachers,we can update the understanding of each other.The parents' view on teachers will influence the teacher-student relationship of junior high school.Therefore,we should try our best to optimize parents' views on teachers and use parents as an effective educational resource to ameliorate teacher-student relationship of junior high school and promote the development of home-school cooperation.
