Research Of The Influence Between Entrepreneurs' Social Support And Their Happiness

Happiness not only com es from the subjec tive experience but also from the objective reality,It contains happiness and the meaning,it contains both subjective and objective fact,both meaning and pleasure,It is the individual's expectation of their own,as well as the development of the society in which they live in,for a long time,happiness has being an important research topic of human.In recent years,with the growing em ployment pressure of graduates,more and m ore graduates choose entrepreneurship,and here comes a new social group,students entrepreneurs.The study actively based on the students entrepreneurship which caused by the country's policy,Using literature to study and investig ation to found that colleg e students entrepreneurs to happiness and the situation of the social support and the universal law,and through the data analysis to explore the influence of social support on college students' entrepreneurs' happiness.The author found that,previous studies on happiness often focus on people' s subjective well-being,but psychological well-being a nd social well-being.And in these three different dimensions of well-being,some studies of se mantic similar dimensions,and there is a high correlation in it,such as positive em otion of subjective well-being and social well-being of social integration,the in the mind of happiness in the friendly relations and altruistic behavior and social well-being of the society,the social harmony,social identity and social implementation.So the author integrate three different well-beings questionnair,cut off the repeated measurements,wrote the "college student entrep reneurs' happiness questionnaire",To measure the level of Colledge Entrepreneurs' social support,and different components which include subjective support,objective support,support utilization degree,and the overall level of social support.And through the regression analysis,try to find out the relationship between the social support and their happiness.Through the analysis of the data,the authors found that college students entrepreneurs' happiness level is higher,and there is a big dif ferences between the levels of social support,the main difference is because of the objective social support and social support of exploitation degree is in medium level,remains to be improved.Between social support and well-being of college students entrepreneurs there is an obvious positive correlation,we can get the conclusion that,raising social support on college students' entrepreneurial well-being can prove the T he happiness of college students entrepreneurs,Emotional social support and using of social support are more helpful than the material social support.This paper consists of five pa rts.First chapter is introduction,introduced the selected topic's background,research purpose,research significance,the possible innovation points or inadequate,and generalizes the first close study of the past.The second chapter research design,this paper introduces the related concepts of the study used including subjective well-being,psychological well-being and social well-being and social support,the theoretical basis of the research study m ethod,sample selection and the basic situation the m ethod of data analysis and adopted by the organizing framework.The third chapter research results,including the basic situation of investigation,college students entrepreneurs happiness levels,social support level.The fourth chapter is an analysis of th e influence by social support on happiness a college student entrepreneurs The fifth chapter gives som e suggestions to prove the happiness of the students entrepreneurs by the discussion of the results.
