For the two countries in the middle school's ideological and political education goal,content,method and so on a comparative study,can make us further understand and know the central Asian countries,especially the kazakhstan high school ideological and political education of the advantages,strengths and characteristics which is conducive to comprehensive understand our country's middle school ideological and political education's current situation,to learn from other countries around the world,effective methods of urgency and initiative,to improve and optimize our country ‘s middle school ideological and political education,to improve the actual effect of ideological and political education of primary and secondary schools.This paper ‘s research object mainly refers to the high school ideological and political education of the two countries.The high school's ideological and political education for teenagers to form a good moral education,and scientific world view with a lot of help.The republic of kazakhstan after the independent in 1991,the economic and political culture is in a chaos,but after twenty years the kazakhstan's development has been at the center of world politics,kazakhstan citizen's quality of civilization in the world is at the forefront of position,it's partly because the country attaches great importance to the ideological and political education.some people thinks that the kazakhstan don't have ideological and political education,actually this kind idea is wrong,it's just a different name,like Britain,America and France is called the "civil education" or "moral education",Japan is "moral education",Canada,Germany,called "political education",and the kazakhstan called ideological and political education is called democratic education(translation),democratic education,refers to the legal system of democracy,so the ideological education is also around the country's political system.Kazakhstan's democracy of education is to runs through the whole student career study of.The article start from the Democratic education background of the Kazakhstan,analysis the two countries high school's ideological and political education objectives,content and methods.In the target,our country's high school cultivate the citizens have ideal,morality,culture and discipline of new man,the kazakhstan to cultivate democratic education citizens,embodies the national political system requirements for the cultivation of the students.In the content,the high school ideological and political education have patriotism education,political theory education,moral education,traditional culture education and the basic principle of marxism education,etc.,the kazakhstan high school democratic education contents include content of patriotism education,religious education,moral education and the ecological environment education,etc.In the method,the different focous on the two countries,more emphasis on dominant education in our country,and kazakhstan is attaches great importance to the recessive education methods.Finally combines our country high school's education conditions,sums up the suitable for our country's content.Includes: first,advocate the happy learning,improve the methods of examination,critical appraisal way,draw lessons from the high school will have great help to us.Second,strengthen the high school traditional culture education and strengthen students' multicultural education.Third,we should pay attention to the construction of campus environment,kazakhstan is a country attaches great importance to the construction of campus spiritual civilization,we should let more high school students to participate in the activities.Forth,we should give full play to the role of the mass media.fifth,reference from the recessive penetration education,pay attention to the recessive education in combination with dominant education,especially the humanities curriculum,infiltration education is also the one of the most important methods for kazakhstan.
