Classroom is an important field of communication and cooperation between teachers and students in the teaching process.The scientific classroom management is an important means for students to participate actively in teaching.The new curriculum standard of basic education puts forward the reform of teaching mode of ‘independence,cooperation and exploration'.The students' active participation in teaching has become the direction of the reform of classroom teaching methods and the participation of students in classroom activities is increasingly concerned.The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics and difficulties of teachers' classroom management in junior middle school.Teachers should use the rational and effective classroom management behavior in order to improve the students' initiative and enthusiasm in the classroom teaching.Based on path-goal theory of contingency theory,this paper adopts the qualitative research method of classroom observation,interview and questionnaire.This paper probes into the relationship between the classroom management behavior of junior middle school teachers,the behavior of students' participation in learning,and the relationship between teachers' classroom management behavior and students' learning behavior.The result of research show that:firstly,junior middle school teachers' classroom management level is in the middle level and teachers' classroom management behaviors are different;Secondly,the participation of students in each subject is in the medium level;The behavior participation is higher than the cognition participation and the emotional participation;There are significant differences in the degree of participation of students in different disciplines;There is no significant difference between male and female students in participation.Thirdly,teachers' interpersonal relationship management,the classroom environment and classroom discipline management have a positive influence on the behavior of students' participation;They have a positive influence on students' cognitive participation and for emotional participation also have positive effect on the students.So,the research proves the hypothesis of this study,Teachers' classroom management behavior has an significant impact on students' learning participation.For the above conclusions,this study suggests that junior high school teachers should set up scientific teaching management concept and use multiple teaching methods.Make a combination of behavioral participation,cognitive participation and emotional participation,in order to improve the participation of students.
