Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the core has attached great importance to education and has always placed education in a strategic priority for development.In light of the background of the new era,the decision to prioritize education is also to promote the deepening of education reform,accelerate the modernization of education,and run education that satisfies the people.To advance education reform,the key is to deepen the school-running system and management system from the school level through education management.In the basic education stage,the main way for students to receive education comes from the classroom,so classroom management is not only the basis for realizing the tasks of the times,but also an important way to promote student development.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out: "It is necessary to build an education system for comprehensive training of morality,intelligence,physical education,and art,and run through the basic education and management system." Classroom management plays an important role in improving students' quality education and promoting all-round development.The key to achieving good results is to actively participate in the classroom.Therefore,it is very important to study the relationship between classroom management and student participation.Exploring the laws and methods of classroom management not only plays a key role in the education of students,but also has an important impact on the development of school management in the field of education management.Especially at the junior high school stage,because students are in a critical period of physical and mental growth and development,they gradually show corresponding characteristics in various aspects of behavior,cognition and emotion,which will affect their level of classroom participation.Therefore,the research on the status quo of junior high school classroom management to promote student participation is very valuable and significant.This thesis conducts a research on the status quo of junior high school classroom management to promote student participation,and selects S Middle School in Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research object.By entering the juniorhigh school classroom to carry out field observations,interviews and investigations and research activities,to understand the status of junior high school classroom management and student participation.After analyzing the performance of students in the various dimensions of behavioral participation,cognitive participation and emotional participation in the classroom,in-depth exploration of the factors that affect student participation,so as to discover the problems between classroom management and student participation.Finally,the research results combine the core ideas of interpersonal relationship theory and Deming's PDCA cycle theory,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote student participation from the perspective of classroom management: pay attention to student needs,attach importance to the construction of student informal groups,improve student satisfaction and pay attention to the quality management process.
