The Study On The Nurturant Education Of University Students' Moral Self Discipline

Moral self-discipline is the rational pursuit of individual moral cultivation,and is the main task of ideological and political work in universities,and is also the demands of value of social ethics norms.Morality only have the public opinion-oriented.It does not have the coercive force.In realistic society,some people are indifferent to public moral opinion.In order to really implement the social morality norms,we need to assimilate it into individuals' heart and externalize it to our behaviors.University students are the driving force to promote the development of the times and is the subject of practicing moral norms.Developing their moral self-discipline not only can cultivate individual noble personality,but also a large extent,fit with developing goals of civil society.This paper studies the moral self-discipline of university students from the perspective of cultivating education,hoping to improve the moral self-discipline consciousness of students and improve the methods of moral education,to promote the unity of moral goals and methods which means that the unity of moral self-discipline and nurturant education.This article studies the actual situation of university students' moral self-discipline education with methods of investigation,literature combing,comprehensive analysis.Kant's moral self-discipline theory,Marx's moral self-discipline view,The Thought of "Cautiousness and Independence" in Chinese Confucianism,Tao Xingzhi'sView of Cultivating Education,all these lay the theoretical foundation of this study.And this article elaborates the basic connotation of moral self-discipline education of university students.As a starting point,this study,by means of empirical research and issuing a questionnaire,analyzes the current situation of moral self-discipline education for university students,and from five factors,internal mechanism of education of moral self-discipline to cultivate,college educational management system,process of classroom teaching,subjective initiative of educators and influences from the environment of social,school and family,conducts a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems,On the basis of above,This study puts forward a more practical and operational strategy.From the following five aspects,improving the internal mechanism of education of moral self-discipline,optimizing the teaching class,improving management and supervision mechanism of university,diging moral self-discipline kernel of the traditional culture,enhancing social joint forces of the moral self-discipline education,this paper explores the effective ways of moral self-discipline education for university students,with a view to improve the ability of educated people's moral self-discipline,to enhance effectiveness of education on moral self-discipline to cultivate in the universities,to provide references to help university students develop a good moral habit and to improve the level of moral education in the universities.
