Recent years,with the continuous development of economy and population aging process accelerates,China's growing number of empty-nesters.China family development report 2015,according to data from the number of empty nest elderly in our country has reached half of the total number of elderly population,among them,the old people who live alone to nearly 10% of the total number of the elderly,with spouses living only old people accounted for 41.9%.More relevant data show that,by 2050,will reach 79 million or so,the number of empty nest elderly proportion is as high as 54%,the empty nester pension problem has become a social problem that nots allow to ignore.Compared with the material requirements,empty nest old man more need on the spiritual comfort.Due to the lack of the company of children,and older social activity decreased,when empty nest old man lack of satisfying relationships,or desire for the interaction with the actual situation when there is a certain gap,can produce a kind of subjective psychological feeling or experience,it is an unpleasant emotional experience,also is the loneliness of empty-nesters are widespread.It will cause the old man's depressed,think society to abandon,the emergence of serious suicidal tendencies,loneliness in the midst of the invisible influence the empty-nesters every aspect of life.And in this among them,when empty nest the old man was ill in hospital,loneliness problem again appear more obvious.Disease is anxious mood,child and because of various reasons can not take care before bed,makes the old man's hospitalization loneliness,emotional instability,unwilling to take the initiative to cooperate with the treatment of medical staff.Medical staff daily workload is bigger,care to each patient's mood and other issues,medical social workers can help medical personnel,professional values of social work concept and knowledge,to provide more comprehensive and professional services to patients,including cause of disease in the family,emotions,and rehabilitation of social psychological adjustment problems.Causing the patient to recover at an early date,return to society.In this paper the author J in J province hospital to participate in "medical road" empty nest elderly medical social work project as the foundation,through contact with the cadre ward old collect firsthand material.Medical staff reaction,is more than the old people in the hospital by a nurse or nanny care,hospitalization life boring,depressed,have a need to communicate with others,in severe cases are more autistic,unwilling to take the initiative to cooperate with the treatment of medical staff.Of cadre ward department through previous 47 old man's loneliness scale measurement,the author found that the cadre ward department the elderly loneliness in intermediate level or above accounted for 66%,visible empty-nesters loneliness during hospitalization is on the high side is common problem.Loneliness arises from the lack of interpersonal relationship,is a kind of subjective feeling,each person lonely also were each made for a different reason.This research adopts literature research,case interview method,data collection method,etc.,to the service of 12 empty-nesters loneliness problems in-depth analysis.The author found that the old people are widespread a drag themselves as children,has been abandoned by society irrational beliefs,the existence of this kind of irrational beliefs deepen the lonely old man feeling.To this,in this article,the author choose a case of a typical case for in-depth research and analysis,through the case before the first data collection to understand basic situation of egotism,began after the case of intervention.The use of listening,the early stage of the main focus,encourage support techniques such as chat with old man,for the elderly in daily companion and mental channel initially to establish a professional relationship,insight into the old man,find the problems existing in the old man.Service,in the middle of the intervention with rational emotional therapy for the elderly,to eliminate the old irrational beliefs.During the meeting in case at the same time,with the development of the group activities,in many ways to drive the old man's hospitalization of loneliness.Service mainly to consolidate the early late effect,at the same time to prepare for the smooth settlement.After the service,families and carers,health care workers have director mood had the very big change,will ask staff own condition,actively cooperate with treatment,and care of communication also more up.Social workers after the intervention,the old man's loneliness scale to 44 points will be to 32 points,the effect significantly,other evaluation results also show that the medical affair social work intervention has significant effect on the ease empty-nesters loneliness.But there exist certain problems in the actual service process,the author in view of the medical affair social work intervention of the defects in the empty nest elderly loneliness for reflection,finally put forward the corresponding solution countermeasures.
