The sixth national census data show that the aging population in Liaoning ranks first in the country, an old industrial base of Liaoning Province, has entered the aging society ahead four years, becoming one of the first degree of the aging society, the highest in the province Shenyang City, Liaoning Province since the founding of China economically developed city, but also the aging of the population in the forefront of the city, thus solving Shenyang empty nesters psychological problems has been pressing need as a major problem in Shenyang older age groups put on agenda.
