With the development of information technology,such as cloud computing technology,large data technology,Internet of things technology,mobile Internet technology,which increasingly integrated with people's work,life and learning,mode of production,life style,work process and learning environment has a disruptive change,and formed a "Internet +" social form.Similarly,"Internet +" also impacted all kinds of educational ecological environment by promoting continuous deconstruction and reconstruction of the education,adult higher education is no exception.In the digital age of information explosion and knowledge explosion,people acquire the opportunity of higher education through various means to improve their academic level.At the same time,people also attach great importance to have practical application of knowledge and problem solving skills,catch the opportunity of innovation and development.Although China's adult higher education informationization has made great progress and made great contribution to the cultivation of social talents,in the era of "Internet +",the adult higher education in many ways is not able to keep up with the pace of the development of information age,there are still many problems:(1)a traditional specialties,unable to meet the demand of talents in the field of the emerging information society.(2)a cured curriculum,or a facsimile of the common colleges and universities,which can not adapt to the knowledge updating rhythm of the information society,and the management mode is rigid.(3)a rigid management mode,which is difficult to adapt to the fast and flexible learning mode of the adult.(4)a concerned profession standard of the teachers,whose is unable to adapt to the rapid updating of subject content knowledge in Internet age the information technology.(5)a state of simplex embedded information technology and imperfect function which leads to the lack of systematic and ecological management environment...And so on.These problems urgently need to reconstruct the teaching management mode of adult higher education from a new perspective.Therefore,under the guide of "Internet + education" concept and method of study and on the base of Connectivism learning theory,theory of resource sharing,B-learning theory and so on.,this article is aimed to explore of adult higher correspondence education teaching management model building,and take operational process of adult education park in anhui network as a case,carries on the analysis,to explore strategies and Revelations of the corresponding problems.In this paper,the concrete content is as follows:Chapter one: introduction.First of all,this paper introduces the background and significance of this topic,through the literature review to sort out the domestic and foreign research results Adult Higher Correspondence Education,so as to grasp the current research progress and shortcomings.Secondly,this paper describes the main theoretical basis of this study.Finally,this paper introduces the research methods and research ideas,as well as innovation.The second chapter is about the current situation and problems of Adult Higher Correspondence education.This paper reviews the development history of Adult Higher Correspondence Education,and expounds the present situation of Adult Higher Correspondence education.Combined with the literature review of the previous chapter,concise out the main problems of teaching management in adult higher correspondence education,such as the current situation of the professional,curriculum does not meet the social demand for talent,management mechanism,the traditional rigid cannot rapidly adapt themselves to the actual situation.Finally,the cause of the problem is analyzed.Chapter Three studies on teaching management mode of adult higher correspondence education under the view of "Internet +".This part is mainly based on the theoretical basis and the problems and reasons in the teaching management of adult higher correspondence education in China,combining "internet +" concept,thought and method,to construct "Internet +" adult higher correspondence education teaching management mode based on the teaching management process of adult higher correspondence education.The main elements,process and characteristics of the model are discussed,and the problems in adult higher correspondence education teaching management to get a better solution.The fourth and fifth chapters are the analysis of the construction and application of the "Anhui Network into teaching Park",the reform of the long-distance teaching mode of adult higher education in Anhui Province and the Informationization construction project.Anhui Province Network Education Park is a typical "Internet plus" of adult higher education teaching management mode.First of all,introduce the function of "anhui network into education park" platform,management process,education teaching management,and other basic elements.Second,in combing the achievements of "anhui network into education park",based on the concise out universal practice of enlightenment.In order to produce a demonstration effect for other regions,to further promote and optimize the management process and management performance of Adult Higher Correspondence Education in china.The conclusion and expectation is the overall review of this paper,and the analysis of the shortcomings,and also pointed out the corresponding direction for further development of the future research.
