Since the reform and opening up, Adult Higher Correspondence Education have trained a large number of professionals, which make a great contribution to China’s economic construction and the quality of people. However, the current quality of Higher Correspondence Education Adult is gradually reduced, which has become an indisputable fact. Obviously,"Degree Education" tendency is still exist in our country and Adult Higher Correspondence Education is in a buyer’s market. Compared with ordinary higher diploma, Adult Higher Correspondence Education diploma is still despised by society, mainly due to its quality problems.Teaching, as a vital link in educational process, must be a critical step to make sure the higher quality of the Adult Higher Correspondence Education. Thus, we need to control the teaching quality well in order to ensure high quality Adult Higher Correspondence Education application expertises are sent to the society and also to improve the social acceptance of Adult Higher Correspondence Education. Controlling the Adult Higher Correspondence Education Quality is the needs of the society, the needs to realize the functions of Adult Higher Correspondence Education. And it is not only the needs to its own development, but it also the needs of who are educated from Adult Higher Correspondence Education.Nowadays,although our country has implement several measures to control Adult Higher Correspondence Education teaching quality, various current situations show that the quality of teaching has not been controlled effectively. It results in the pessimistic future of our Adult Higher Correspondence Education. This paper devotes to confirm the necessity of control teaching quality in Adult Higher Correspondence Education, and tries to explain its main contents clearly, and to analyze the reasons of impacting the control of teaching quality. Finally, on the theoretical basic of total quality management theory and the reasons of impacting the control of teaching quality for point,this paper does best to propose several suggestions to strengthen the control teaching quality of Adult Higher Correspondence Education. This paper will make a progressive effort to the control teaching quality of Adult Higher Correspondence Education.
