The Study On Career Guidance Of Higher Vocational Collage In Pingdingshan

At present,with the popularization of higher education,the employment problem of college graduates is becoming more and more prominent,and the career guidance is paid more and more attention by the community.On the issue of employment,there are some differences between the graduates of higher vocational and undergraduates,and the employment problem of higher vocational students is more serious.For graduates of higher vocational colleges,the employment of graduates of higher vocational colleges in medium or small cities is more prominent.In this paper,through the field research of a medium and small-sized city--Pingdingshan,Henan Province,it is found that the career guidance work of higher vocational colleges in Pingdingshan has the following problems: the first,ill management of employment guidance,lack of effective management;the second is the weak of career guidance faculty,don't have enough teachers,the teacher is not professional;the third is imperfect of curriculum,don't have enough class hours,imperfect of content and the class is lack of sequence;the fourth is simplex of teaching method;the fifth is less of the career guidance related activities and the type of the activities;the sixth is not a reasonable use of network resources.The reasons for these problems are multifaceted,including the insufficient attention of the higher vocational college,the low participation of the local company,the erroneous concept of parents and the students' wrong understanding of career guidance.Therefore,in order to enhance the career guidance of higher vocational colleges in Pingdingshan,the first is higher vocational colleges should know the importance of career guidance to students;second,improve the organization and management,expand the field of career guidance services;third,have enough number of career guidance teachers,and establish a professional team of career guidance teachers;fourth,enrich the content of curriculum,improve the systematicness and pertinence of guidance curriculum;fifth,the use a variety of career guidance teaching methods;Sixth,enrich the activity type of employment guidance;seventh,use the site,Wechat and network course to do the career guidance.Take all efforts to promote Pingdingshan higher vocational college career guidance.
