According to the national demonstrative higher vocational colleges -system analyzed the implementation of the employment guidance in Changsha Social Work College, the fundamental of higher vocational colleges career decision is to regression of borderless career, to improve the students’ ability of career decision making and cross the vocational ability, thereby help the students better realize survival and development.Higher vocational career decision guidance in view of borderless career was a currently open object. This project in addition to the necessary theory, also need the higher vocational college according to its own situation to explore the diversity of practice.
