As a city and rural areas in the middle of the transition zone,urban and rural areas have a wide variety of people.There are both aboriginal and migrant workers together here.Their occupation and the degree of education are not the same,which brought complex problems.As a place where children are born and growing,families influence the child's physical and mental development.Coupled with the total secretary of the proposed family to pay attention to family education,the impact of the family on the children has attracted more people's attention.This paper analyzes the current situation of primary school education in urban and rural areas by using literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interviews and case analysis.It takes the situation of Weifang Hi-tech Zone as an example,and points out that the existence of parental curriculum is not in place,the level of parental education is not the same as that of parent education.According to the problem,the author puts forward how to establish long-term benign parental education strategy from three levels of school,parents and children,including encouraging positive growth,home school supervision,rich education form and multi-party linkage.The establishment of application-based parent education point of education model,improve the construction of parent education service system to enhance the urban and rural areas of the implementation of the effect of education.
